BMS -College for the scholars who shine up

Likes

Professional teaching methods of professional faculty
Opted for a add on course of company secretary which helps me
Monthly basis seminars helping in getting real world knowledge

Dislikes

Smaller campus usually crowd cannot fit up in the lunch breaks
Canteen is unavailable no good.commercial shops nearby
Bus stops are far away are the bus stops are usually very crowded

Good college to study

Likes

concentration on developing skills, helping students
achieve academic expertise and also engaging extra curricular activities
adding few extra courses for students concentrating on their job requirement

Dislikes

class hours are usually very long , creates burnout
some of the new faculties are lacking subject knowledge
BCA being less in numbers ,they are not more concentrated or chosen for curricular activities

Course Curriculum Overview:

the job oppurtunity in curriculum prepared me for taking up this course curriculum just gives the basic of all kind s of courses but not prepare for you most for real life academic pursuits students understanding of technical skills more than theory would help a lot well exams are quite difficult as as they give so much gap or no gap between exams at all

Small open place canteen on the terrace and even the infrastructure
Library nice small cozy place to relax and study even computer with network provided
Lift and stairs there's a place to chitchat and also the light is bright into building

Dislikes

Not able to use lift as students and also its has many floors
Library keep there mistake of computer not working they blame us to pay the fine
Some snacks of canteen and also taste and quality

East or West BMS College of Commerce Management is the BEST

Faculties, Cultural fests, education wise, giving attention
Blood donation camp , dancing , singing many more

Placement Experience:

Before Placements comes there will be a Placement head he is going to train u like a master for placements interview so there is no compromise in placements more over there will be all recognised companies like Bosch, Wipro, Accenteure, Infosys

All about BMACCM

Likes

The college is very good and the teaching also good
Placements were nice and the average salary is 4 lakhs per annum
With teaching the extra curricular activities conducted by the college are good

Dislikes

The problem is the college building is not too big
The canteen which is in college is very small
We don't have sports ground but we have sports where they take us to nearest ground

Placement Experience:

In our college we have placements for all courses like BCA, BCOM and BBA which is very good and average salary for the students who were getting selected in the company are 4 lakhs per annum...and the college will provide some certification courses when we are in 1st year and 2nd year.

The college life

Likes

I liked the timmings of the college and the free periods they give
There is no dress code and some teacher are really good

Dislikes

There is no proper canteen they have kept a stall and say that is a canteen
The campus is small and doesn't feel like a campus only
This feels like an office and they don't allow students to use lift

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had choose this course because I was interested in it and it's a great experience. My course is divided into semester. The teaching method is also very easy if we attend the classes regularly. And even if we skip classes teachers help us to teach us

The infrastructure and the teaching methodology

The infrastructure could be bigger in space so that we have campus

Placement Experience:

Final year 5th sem the placement starts We got more companies like leadsquared Nimessa technologies, ies, intellipaat, yes Bank and more. The average package will be 4lpa for overall placements. 60% students are placed based on their performance. I am currently serving as CS Manager.

the ability to choose courses that interest you and explore different fields of study
college is time of significant personal development and self discovery

Placement Experience:

from 5th semester students are eligible for placements, in our college many big companies are visited like tech mahindra, tcs, wipro, intellipath, highest package is 10 lakhs per annum and .average package is 3.2lpa we have 90% of students get placements every year, my plans are after completing my course i want to pursue masters in computer applications

The best thing about the college were the faculty They were the coolest faculty you could find and highly knowledgeable in ther respective subjects
The place around the college i.e., the vv puram food Street,the national college grounds,age old hotels and the whole environment around the college
The Intra college fests like Flair were most enjoyable time during sem

Dislikes

The campus is smaller compared to other BMS campuses such as BMS law and BMS engineering clg
The parking space was not enough for all vehicles to be parked
Few events which didn't go as planned in respect to time management

Course Curriculum Overview:

I studied B.com alongside CA.I chose the college because they offered CA coaching too. B.com is affiliated to BCU so it's mostly not so useful in real life.Its more of basics.We had two internals between each sems and the questions were moderate level papers as they counted for Internal marks in the end.

Likes

Fees is affordable and they dont force you if you are late to pay the fees
The location of college is good there are many food joints and other things nearby
Classrooms are good every classroom has all the facilities

Dislikes

The college campus is very small its just a building
Streets get filled with crown when they leave
Placements are a bit low compared to other

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because the IT field is growing rapidly and I thought this degree will be good for a better future. The faculty is good and they take good care but here or there are a few teachers who are a bit harsh. Faculties a well qualified though some teachers use kannada but they make sure we understand the concept thoroughly. Term exams and practicals are not so good but it's manageable.
