Ans: Prospectus and application form can be obtained from MMYVV DDE office, Vijay Nagar, Lamti, Jabalpur Pin 482002, any MMYVV authorized Information and Admission Centre (IC) or it can also be downloaded from university website www.mmyvvdde.com. Demand draft of Rs. 250/- in favor of MMYVV DDE Receipt A/c payable at Jabalpur will have to be deposited along with the completed application form.
