CHOOSING QUALITY EDUCATION WITH FINANCE AFFORDABILITY : MY JOURNEY AT GEC RAMANAGRAM

Likes

college is owned and run by karnataka govt. teacher are govt. employ . there are all facilities.
gender ratio is male 62% and female 38% , no ragging
as it is a govt. college fees is very less and affordable i.e around 40k per year

Dislikes

the lack of wifi router , labs are is still in works
placements is low like 30-40% highest is 5 lpa
bcm hostels are 6-7 km far from college , but st/sc boys hostel is there in campus

Admission:

i apply to multiples college in banglore RV COLLEGE , B.R AMDEKAR COLLEGE , UVGC OTHER GOVT. COLLEGE , DUE TO HIGH RANK COULD'T GET IN , BUT AT LAST ROUND I GOT IN GECR IN ECE DEAPARTMENT , IN 2018 HIGHEST CUT-OFF WAS 1LAKH AT CIVIL DEPARTMENT , K-CET IS EASY TO MODERATE EXAM

Faculty, and the friendly environment in college
Location of the college was like beside the forest
Most important thing there is no ragging

Dislikes

Placements xas not there and soft skills
Not doing the laboratory subjects in practical manner
Not maintaining the washrooms properly which is threatening the health

Admission:

I applied for all the government colleges in cs branch only. I did option entry consideration a distance from hometown . Because i don't know how to choose the colleges at that time. Banglore was near to me after this ramanagar was near. My ranking didn't suit for the banglore government colleges. My college admission was as scheduled by kea.

Our college is many trees and plants are growing in any season and it's Campus is good.
Parking and grounds is clean or environment friendly.

Dislikes

Our College Canteen
Mess also the wrong diate and not clean vegitable.

Admission:

Eligibility of course is 12 th pass. College gives application forms and government college rounds are online addmission. And information is also described. In the admission process, big improvement is required by the university.

Likes

Nice campus and environment of that campus, also auditorium and ssip resourcesion
Some Best facilities for students like library and also available sports liked ex. Cricket and volleyball ground, table tennis etc.
Faculties and their behaviour is good as well

Dislikes

Some bad construction and department is very varied from others
Less electricity services and also water sources are bad
Gym is not available as well cantin facility is poor

Admission:

The admission process of my college is based on acpc. I think this 4 round is better enough for those who didn't get admission by the main exam we can get admission by entrance exams like GUJCET, JEE, NEET, etc. I also get some entrance exams like GUJCET, and JEE this is the best chance to show yourself and get admission in the best colleges. Your admission is dependent on your acpc cut-off and also depends on your department. For talking about the 2023 year computer department cutoff is higher than in others their seats are full at some minor times and in our college this year many departments have full seats like computer, electronic and communication, and electrical. And in the civil & mechanical department some seats are empty and major seats are full.

I write kcet exam and after option entry, I selected this college, and the seat was announced and I join. First-year fees is 34810 for all category students it will be mandatory for government engineering colleges.

I got selected to this college through Pmsss which is a scholarship provided by GOI to students of J ND K. The thing I like about this college was it was at a environmental friendly area.I opted the course of civil enginnering because in the modern world civil engineering is having a tremendous scope.

After completion of my second year puc I am apply for the k-cet exam and I am written the kcet exam after 1 month I got an result from k-cet I am taking an ranking of 81000 after that I am searching an college, after that my 2nd year puc principal sir will suggest this college to me after that I am paying an 19500 amount to kea. And join to this college.

Good for poor students

Admission:

I,m written the Entrance test Rank was announced And choose some colleges and my college also. 1st round seat announced my college was selected and paid Government fees 18,000 rs and admit. Then 2100 rs college fees was paid for college. After one year apply karepass scholarship then Government fees 18,000 rs was return to my bank account.

Admission:

The placement they were providing were promising and more over the tuition fee was fair enough for me. They take direct admission and through brokerage I went through brokerage as I am completely unaware of this college in first place.
