Profitable for new student for choosing their dream college

Likes

The core subjects also covered by faculty properly and motivated for join internship program in different colleges
The campus is good and problem of hostel
The lab properly work and good quality instrument

Dislikes

The girl boys ratio that is only 40:1,the no. Of girls very less
No night canteen and message food is not good but small improvement
No annual function in college, always some boring days in college.

Internships Opportunities:

Amazon, flipkart, google,chromaetc Inter in intership of big companies easy for girls. Some intership are profitable and some only for increase skills. No hard for a student to complete intership. Some students complete inter in first year . My friend complete with 40000 per month in 1st year

IIIT Sonepat review

The 1st thing i like about my college is that it is a IIIT college therefore students come from all over country. That's why i can learn about their culture and i met with many talented students which are now my friend.
Our seniors are very helpful and they have guided me in the exam and also helped me in sports also.
Some of our professors are really very helpful and all the professors are phd holders from iit, nit etc.

Dislikes

Our college has established in 2014 but till now we have not permanant campus. It is still in under construction and as per my knowlege 1st phase will complete in till 2025.
Clubs are not so much active as in comparison of other colleges.
Our classes is run in SBIT college which is approx 10km away from sonipat.

Internships Opportunities:

For the intership many of the student apply for off campus intership. Some of my seniors are getting internship in companies like Google, Microsoft, Zupee etc. Students from 3rd year are eligible for on Campus internship but you can avail it before 3rd year at off campus.

IIIT Sonepat Honest Review

Likes

i did not like a lot of thing about the college only thing i like is that the attendance criteria isn't strict
some faculties are pretty good and they have interest in what they teach
Relevance of curriculum might not look great in starting but in 3rd year it starts getting relatable and usefull

Dislikes

the infrastructure is literally nothing the new campus/official campus is still under construction
Girls to boys ratio is negligible, there are like 10 girls in a batch of 180 people
there is no as such campus life its a small campus with very less sports facilities

Internships Opportunities:

Intersnhips start in fourth year i am stil in third year so i dont have a lot idea about interships i recently heard Accenture came for hiring interns, else you can check on linked in of students as i said there is a little secret about placements and internships. i hears the internship procedure is really bad, very poor management.

All about IIIT Sonepat (things that no one will tell you)

Likes

I am fresher (2024) so I don't know much about this college till now. But as of now campus is good. Not so big
Canteen is there, and classrooms have airconditioner.

Dislikes

This college is located in remote area, so you need to be in hostel everytime, if you want to go to market you need cab or auto rickshaw will would be costly.
There is no permanent campus. This college runs in SBIT (Sri Balwant Institute of Technology) campus.
Very poor transportation facilities. So don't expect too much from college you need to work very hard.

Internships Opportunities:

The Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Sonepat offers internships and industry projects to students in their final year. Students can work with faculty on research projects. The college's placement team works to ensure that IIIT Sonepat is a preferred destination for recruiting organizations. Some say that the college has good placements and an academic curriculum.

honest review about iiit sonepat

Likes

The thing i liked about the college is its academic curriculum
friendly nature in the college is another thing i liked about the institute
another thing i liked here is it's professors

Dislikes

its does not have its own campus yet ,its is running in transit campus
there is no such fest culture in the college due to its transit campus
there is only sports fest which is conducted only once in a year

Internships Opportunities:

tcs ,accenture ,infosys etc companies offers internships with stipend ,there are major and minor project provided by the teachers to work on which help to get the internship and also help the students throughout their journey

IIIT SONIPAT

The college was nice but no perment campus but it's ok to live there but the food for South Indian students is very bad so we have better opportunity to go to other colleges if any one have health issues better not to join here in this college
For your bright future and save your lives from iiit sonepat it is very thof for you
So please make sure if your confident then come to this college

Dislikes

Food is very bad and no perment CPUs is there for iiit sonepat
Make sure you should pay more free here and it's not under pure government
It runs under private and government both so we should pay fee like per year it's going like 3 lackh

Internships Opportunities:

Tata Mahindra Amazon etc the internships are notote in our college soo sorry I can't talk more about internship now a days all internships are going down so we should make it on going with family like good internships

Life at IIIT sonepat

Likes

The location of the college is in pretty decent area that is NCR which gives enough exposure towards companies.
Seniors are very helpful in both academics and social aspects .
The college has pretty decent average and median package

Dislikes

Hostel fees is very high as compared to other iiits and government college
Like all other engineering colleges , the facilities are very average
The college has no permanent campus but soon we will have as the tender is about to complete on January 2025

Internships Opportunities:

Internship opportunities are also available but only in limited fashion so again only of the student is smart enough to crack it . I don't have much information as I've just completed first year and am not exposed to them till now !!

Faculty is very friendly and helpful here.

It does not has its permanent campus since 14 years.

Internships Opportunities:

The coolege provides free internship oppurtunity in tie up with IIT Bhu. There are many companies like purple, yamaha etc. where students can work as an intern. The college provides a minor and a major project to ensure internship.

IIIT SONEPAT EXPOSED

Likes

The original campus is in IIT DELHI Technopark , Good facilities there.
Sports fest is the only fest organised here from last 2 years
professors are supportive and encouraging

Dislikes

No cultural engagement here , no sports activity that much .
college run in Sbit campus in palri village , no wifi
professors are educated but donot know hoe to deliver it to the students

Placement Experience:

onsite placement is 18 lpa but in reality it would be like 10 14 lpa . Most students got unplaced here .. less companies visit here . you have to go for off campus placments. Big company like amazon google no one comes here only small companies hier like tcs
