You have to do internship in the college's own medical itself where you'll get paid montly. Meanwhile you can look upto research work and thesis side by side and prepare for PG futher. There are emergency postings as well. The working hours are regural but it may stretch upto 24-30 hours sometimes and becomes hectic.

The course comes with included mandotary internship for 1 year in the hospital to get the necessary clinical exposure that a doctor should have. The 1 year internship includes everything from every department whether it's night duty, emergency care or ICU. The government of odisha has decided a stipends of 40000 rupees for the interns.

You'll be doing the internship in the hospital itself which is just across the road. The hospital has excellent patient load given the fact that it's the only big hospital in the southern odisha region. The interns are provided with single roomed hostel in the campus.

In my college 100% internship each students have to do their internship form college hospital. There is 1 year of internship in MCC curriculum. In which we have to work in all departments according to their respective schedules. In internship both day and night duties are their. In this college students get nearly 42000 as a stipend in their internship.

Internship is offered by the college at the end of 4.5 years of MBBS curriculum. Internship is of 1 year duration which also pays you a very good amount and internship is at our own hospital. It helps to learn and practice what we have learnt throughout the curriculum.

After 4.5 years of study, all MBBS students are required to complete a full-year internship. This experience will help them hone their clinical knowledge and provide them with real-world patient care experience.

After you have once completed MBBS degree u have various job opportunities like tutor,JR in the the college itself by walk in interview.Also you have job like medical officer in CHC,PHC of state of odisha and also out side odisha.My plan after getting the degree join to a pg course as soon as possible

The government provides internship opportunities after 4.5 years of mbbs study. The stipend is 28000 per month for one year. Then we give a pg exam for jobs or work as mbbs doctors in rural areas or private hospitals. The journey is hard but enjoys though out with energy.
