Training so many hotels came like trident hotel Oberoi hotel Taj hotel Vivanta hotel and many more and for internship also they came so many hotels from Ooty Kerala's and South India more project for internship but the project would be in final year before placement

Internship opportunities are so many in my college so students in hotel management needs to do one in there 2rd year for sure or else they won't be getting any certificates from college as it is mandatory to everyone to do which is for 4 months which are the best days they can learn many things in hotels which many be not thought In college but in hotels they will get to know hot work is done and how the real hotel works how much of work is there in hotels they improve alot when they go there many benefits are they in hotels they will meet with new people learn from them who to do things in proper way how good they can be done and everything.

Our college organizes various outdoor caterings for the students in the first year itself. I have gone for many internships to Park Hyatt, ITC Kakatiya, Ramoji Film city, and many more places.. we also get a stipend of approximately 400-700.

Students get trained in reputed 5-star companies depending on their choice in any part of the country (depending upon the availability). Students undergo training in all the core departments: Kitchen Front Office Housekeeping Food and beverage And in addition, depending upon the hotel. Companies from Oberois to Taj students can choose any brand.

The internship is the only great thing which I found in my college life because atleast it pays off some of your efforts. Many companies came to hire interns such as Marriotts , Novotel, Taj, park Hyatt.

In the internship, we were given an opportunity to get exposed to all the four core departments along with the ancillary departments so as to understand how the hotel runs with all of the essential and non-essential departments. The project that had happened during my internship was the New Years Eve Project at Trident, Hyderabad which was a huge opportunity to learn and gain experience.

I did my industrial exposure training from Taj Falaknuma Palace, Hyderabad and Vocational training from Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai. Both I got is with assistance from the college. Real-time experiences are given to students in the form of ODC that makes students comfortable for hotel environment even before starting the internship. The stipend is depending on the policies of hotels we opt to train with.

I did my industrial training from Taj Falaknuma Palace, Hyderabad and vocational training from Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai. Not looking at stipend, it is great learning from both the hotels. Training time is learning time where you have hands-on experience with guests. Most of the time, we will be with a buddy who is knowledgeable and capable for teaching in a faster pace.

Extremely likely, the active placements cell would also help in choosing and applying for hotels and/or resorts. Guidance is offered to understand the topics to pursue during the Internship enables a common ground while having the competitive spirit intact.

The internship is the best part of college life and at IHMSS one can rest assured about the same, as opportunities from the renowned hotels are at our doorstep. I got trained from The Oberois, and got the best exposure during my IT.
