GCOEN Placement 2025: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

The newly established college has shown promising placement growth, with the first pass-out batch in 2020. A variety of companies, including major IT firms like TCS, Infosys, and Wipro, have participated in campus placements. The highest on-campus package offered was 21 LPA, while the highest off-campus package was 44 LPA by Sony.

The average package offered ranges from 3.5 to 8 LPA, with around 60-80% of students getting placed. The college's Training and Placement Cell, headed by Dr. Athaole, facilitates internships and training, with 90% of students completing at least one internship. Students become eligible for placements after the 5th or 6th semester.

Despite being a new institution, the college is working effectively towards enhancing placement opportunities, particularly excelling in IT and CSE branches.
