The faculty includes both permanent and visiting members, with the latter often teaching first and second-year students and typically aged 25-35. The institute conducts three internal tests per semester, and faculty members are known for their interactive and helpful teaching approach, often using presentations. The faculty of this college we can say is pretty good. In first year for some branches there are chances that they may get some teachers late as there visiting faculty or they may not be as good as other teachers in their teaching skills but if a student will manage he study because the syllabus of 1st year is matching with his 11th and 12th so he will be able to get good marks and clear his first and second sem and the faculties of 2nd year is pretty good as compared to first year from 2nd year we start it to learn more about our own branch like mechanical civil or e n t c . Permanent faculty teaches regular classes are happening everyday. The faculty liking and not liking is first of all not view because some teachers are good teachers and some teachers are we can see not that much good as a student want but if a student will push himself in the subject of the teacher he don't like he will be able to manage disliking of his teacher. There are class test held three times in a same but focusing on one or two units every time and it gives us writing practice for semester papers. Overall experience is good some work from teacher site some work comes toide making a proper schedule following it studying it giving properly Class test papers and regularly maintaining attendance in classes also enjoying the College fest and enjoying with friends will keep us student happy focus on study and overall great experience.

The relation of students to teacher is too good and interactive because their is one teacher in a class to 75 students but those through the teacher is give attention to every one in the class.like for exam I'm the student of mechanical engineering so their is best faculty of mechanical department like ingole sir, wagh sir and rajurkar sir and all the faculties. And in the whole semester their are total of 3 test conducted in college for the distribution of internal marks.

We have like 70 students in our class the teaching is not to the point, they open up ppt and talk like we understand everything and then they say why don't we ask doubts like if we even understood one bit of it we would ask doubts but there's nothing that we understand because of how bad the teaching is and don't get me started on the internal marks, they have to give internal marks out of 30 and not once but this has happened twice that the teacher gave us internal marks out of 15 which impacted our results a lot

There are parmanent faculty with Phd in their subjects and have great knowledge and few visiting faculties who are up to mark for their teaching and their knowledge but still all have Masters. The teachers are always available for your doubt solving they give their best for your understanding. The student to faculty ratio is bit less but they are sufficient for students.

GCOEN is a prestigious government institute, most of the professors and assistant professors are PhD holders or the merits from civil services examination. The visiting faculty (mostly teaches the first and second year) maybe graduates and are mostly in the age group 25-35. The senior faculties teach the higher semesters and they seem to have the expertise in their subjects. Yes the college website offers the option to check for the educational qualifications of the faculty and the lecturers seem to hold industry-experience certifications. The HODs of all the departments are appointed from the other old government colleges in Maharashtra so they have the relevant experience. Respected Principal Sir is also great with his qualifications and oratory skills. The average age for the faculty combining the HODs and visiting faculties should be around 35. Despite the fact that everyone is well qualified on paper, the faculties sometimes lack the ability (not the same case for all) to explain students in a easier ways. A point I am trying to make here is not every scholar has got teaching skills to transfer his wisdom to others. So no doubt they are well learned but the concern is same in few cases in the teaching department. Mixed experiences guaranteed.
