My college life thats sucks

Likes

Teachers are very friendly and helpful for any help
Student my class mate nice and good they help me to and support
Seniors and juniors are also good there is no rageing

Dislikes

Class are not conducted regularly and no class is available to attend
There is no compalsary exam like we give yearly exam but not semester or clg exam
Function every time they force us to attend this is compulsory or we don't give you marks

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choice BBA for my future business I have to attend my family business so I choice BBA there is no real world experience we get in college ever every part is worst they have to improve everything in this worst college exam are not compulsary they just give as a formality for exams

The events of my college is very great, they celebrate all the festivals and its not simple it's properly well managed according to the theme.
So if you want to enjoy your 20s and want to enjoy your college life than you can join the college.
Faculty is ok in teaching i mean some are good and some faculty are not that good.

Dislikes

It's not that much good for your career options or career opportunity.
Teachers are not that good in behaviour only some of them are good.
Do not have any type of sports activity or campus to play thing's and even they don't let students to play games in the campus and that is very bad experience.

Placement Experience:

I don't think that placements is that good in my college as of in my time it's really not that good but now i don't now that my about it but don't think that much has changed because in my time placements are really bad. Package maybe 120000 to 300000 not more than this in my time. Higher percentage students get a chance to be placed in companies. After i am improving my uiux skills as i chamged my career after graduation.

Foriegn trips which is provided to B.com FP and BBA ILP students only
The events in the college are Good and many
The uniform of the college which is a formal suit .

Dislikes

The College campus is in very less area.
No parking space for cars only staff have car parking area .
the class rooms of the courses which has low fees are not good and sometime they have no staff the teachers leaves the collegw and there is a big time gap in arrival of new teachers it happens many times

well overall its good but the college offers good facilities to only thw students which have paid more fees for there course which is Bechlors of commerce foriegn olus amd bechlora of business administrative In ILP which is not good

In a college the celebrate the biggest function (Sapphire Program)
They provide national and international trip
There is some rules which is every student have to follow

Dislikes

There's management not good, nothing happen on time

Placement Experience:

There are too many students which are capable for placements and the company they invite like teleperfomance, TCS and other companies also. Average package companies provide 300000 and what is the package i don't know. The college mention to their book that each and every student will get 100% placement

The Real review by a student to a student

Likes

The main thing js the faculty and supportive nature of each and everyone there
The placement comparitive to fees is good and fine, good for people working and studying both
The overall campus is amazing and is one of the big premises at premium location

Dislikes

The repetative calls from clg for different things makes it more look like loan recovery agents
The placement could have been higher and better thn BPO
The overall standard is bit local and crowd of students as well

The placememt is low and mostly in bpo, which is not good considering the type of course we are doing and mainly hhr thinhs are from support or sales, so not good in terms kf that, for knowldege yes but gor job no

Radiant institute of management

Faculty is very kind and generous and always ready to help
Infrastructure is very luxurious and good
The library is also good and many books are there

Dislikes

Everything is soo good in radiant institute
Students can sometimes get distracted because of lots of events
Students are not regular so it can harm their percentage

Placement Experience:

Placements are very good . The average placement package is 8,00,000 and the highest package is 12,00,000. More than 350 companies recruit from this institute every year with 80% of hiring rate . The students are very well maintained.

The real Answer to "Why Radiant?"

Likes

The faculty is very supportive and understanding. They might not be the most qualified but their bond with students is vertyy strong, the support you and help you throughout all of your problems. Even one of our accounts proffessor is indore CA toppe
Fests: Our college holds fests almost every one or two months and all of these are very well organised. Some of the big fests are "rendezvous" "Radiant Garba Night" "Radiant Got Talent".
Placements: We have a companies come in for internship oppurtunities throughout the year.

Dislikes

Sports: there is near to negligible sports activity in our colege they just hold one annual sports day and thats it
Lack Of actuall clubs: there are no clubs or club activities in our college.
Infrastructure: Our college first changed its location out of nowhere and currently we share the a campus with MIT Indore.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for camus placements since year 1 itself, though the companies that come here are usually jst looking for interns proposing salary ranging from 1,20,000 per year to 2,40,000 per year maximum. Most of the job profile include cold calling , marketing , or some startups pyramid scheme.

Likes

College organise different programs and activities in which students can participate and portrays their talents in front of everyone.
College faculty, staff and the directing body is also very co-operative which helps every single student to reach to their potentials.
College campus is very nice and it provides students various ways to explore thier field. College organises trips to various institute and companies to expose the students to various things.

Placement Experience:

BBA students get placements after thier final yr and colleg also provides foreign trips to students taking global program. I will go for public service exams after my graduation. Around 70 percent students from management sector get placement.

Likes

Academic program's- quality and variety of programs offered.
Campus facilities- libraries, labs, dorms and recreational facilities.
Class sizes- student to faculty ratio and availability of personalize attention.

Dislikes

Heavy workload- the amount of reading assignments and exams can be overwhelming
The stress is also for balancing academics and social life.
Time management - managing time effectively between classes and personal life.

Placement Experience:

The placement of college is very good many of companies are coming for giving college recruitment. The highest package offered in our college is 15 lakh per annum. My plans after getting my degree is to give IBPO exam.

"Inside the world of RIMS"

The infrastructure of college and the locality were college is situated
Campus placements are good as this College also provide placements opportunity to first year students.
Teachers are very cooperative and also try their best to solve our problems.

Dislikes

Sometime there is Miscommunication or misbehaviour between faculty and the students.
As if you are delay for fees submission so the faculty will keep calling you until you have paid your full fees.

Placement Experience:

From the first year, only the students are eligible for campus placements as sometimes industries are required fresher. As college placement facilities are good or average. And also many students are selected from the first year for campus placements with good packages.
