Course Curriculum Overview

1

The curriculum is heavily theory based with no real practical approach to it, which does make the exams pretty easy as everything is just exactly from the book itself. The curriculum should include more case studies and practical approach so we could benifit from it in the real world too.

Internships Opportunities

2

Heterize Infotech is one the companies that came recently for interships in our college providing a stipend of 6000 per month and the intership was around 3 months. The job description entailed cold calling, sales and tele calling.

Placement Experience

1

Students are eligible for camus placements since year 1 itself, though the companies that come here are usually jst looking for interns proposing salary ranging from 1,20,000 per year to 2,40,000 per year maximum. Most of the job profile include cold calling , marketing , or some startups pyramid scheme.

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fees I paid was around 1,50,000 i.e. 50000 per year. We had to pay the whole amount of 1,50,000 in the first year itself in 4 installments. 30000 while admission then 40000 , 40000 and last installment of 40000 in the duration of 10 months. There are no scholarships to be availed. This is the fees for B.Com FP but plain B.Com only costs around 50000 for three years which is jst 1/3rd of our fees.

Campus Life

3

There are no clubs or club activities in this college, sports is also negligible as they hold only one event, the Annual Sports Day and thats it. As for fests well those are the best here, our college holds a fest every one or two months and most of them are very well organised, some of the big fests are "Rendezvous" "Radiant Got Talent" and "Radiant Garba Night" etc.

Admission

The biggest and probably the only reason i joined this college was, that was aiming to study abroad and my application to my target colleges got rejected so as not to waste my year I got into any college which were accepting students in late November, and this was the only college I found which was still accepting students so I went here. The admission process is pretty easy you just pay the first installments give some of your photocopied documents then fill up a form and thats it.

Faculty

5

The faculty here is very friendly and supportive, they are also very qualified especially the accounts proff. Akshay sir he is Indore CA topper. Other than him most of the faculty are more than qualified and all of them are really friendly. We have 4 internals throught the year being 60 marks each.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Subjects are all theoretical, don't expect practical knowledge, syllabus for many subjects is very extensive and Faculty wont even complete the syllabus. You need to study most of things on your own. They would bombard you with 3 tests for internal assessment for each subject and sometimes they take it as suprise test and sometimes even test for 2 subjects might clash on the same day.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In 10th i got good percentage , but was not intereted that much in science , so i took up Commerce + Maths , then passed my 12th standard with 93% and i realized my decision was good. Then after 12th i had to do graduation so i choose B.com + Hon. As this seemed me the best option rather that BBA or any other. On an average , in my college , there were 40 - 50 students in each batch. There were different teachers for different subjects. There was not much mess and the teachers were enough to handle and teach all the students . Teachers in government colleges have years of experience , thats the reason many people get into these colleges , in my college too teachers were qualified and were ready to clear any doubt . We were having 2 semesters in the year , half - half course in both , these papers arent too difficult to pass if there was a proper study. I dont found these papers much difficult.
