Candidate should have passed 10+2 from a recognized Board/University with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects:
a) Chemistry
b) Bio-Technology

a) Candidates should have obtained at least 45% marks (42.75% in case of candidates belonging to SC category) in aggregate in Diploma in Engg./ Technology of a duration of 3 years or more from the Haryana State Board of Technical Education or its equivalent.

b) Candidates should have passed B.Sc Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, with at least 45% marks (42.75 % in case of candidates belonging to SC category) and passed XII standard with Maths as a subject, provided that in case of students belonging to B.Sc stream, should have clear the subjects of Engineering Graphics/Engineering Drawing and Engineering Mechanics of the first year engineering program along with the second Year subjects.
c) Provided further that, the students belonging to the B.Sc. stream shall be considered only after filling the supernumerary seats in this category with students belonging to the Diploma stream.
d) Provided further that those students who have passed Diploma in Engineering & Technology from an AICTE/UGC approved institution. or B.Sc Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, shall also be eligible for admission to the first year Engineering Degree courses, subject to vacancies in the first year class in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.

SIET Nilokheri HSTES Counselling Process 2025
SIET Nilokheri offers final admission for its both the program through HSTES counselling. After a successful score in the entrance exam i.e. JEE Main and GATE, candidates need to register themselves for HSTES counselling at Haryana State Technical Education Society, Haryana.
Important instructions regarding HSTES registration and counselling are given below-
1. The admission to B.E/B. Tech. (Including candidates under Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) scheme/ Economically Weaker Sections (EWS)/ Kashmiri Migrants (K.M.)/ Haryana Government School Toppers (HGST) shall be made on the basis of the inter-se-merit of JEE (Main) through two on-line off-campus counseling .
2. The candidates of Haryana have to fill the PPP ID online and also have to upload their coloured photograph (JPG, JPEG File Max. 30KB Size) and signature (JPG, JPEG File Max. 20KB Size).
3. The candidates from other State have to fill the particulars online and also have to upload their coloured photograph (JPG, JPEG File Max. 30KB Size) and signature (JPG, JPEG File Max. 20KB Size) of other state.
4. The particulars of the candidate in the application form must exactly be the same as registered in the qualifying examination.
5. The candidates should note down the unique application number which will be generated as the candidate signup for the courses. The unique application number will be required for future communication. The candidate should keep a copy of application form for his/ her record.
6. The candidates who belong to Haryana State shall provide their Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) ID or Aadhaar No. (If the applicant does not remember the PPP ID) During sign-up/registration at www.techadmissionshry.gov.in. All related data of the applicant, like name, gender, DOB, father's name, mother's name, income, category & sub-category, will be fetched from his/her PPP ID database, and these details fetched fromthe PPP database will be non-editable. So that all the candidates from Haryana State will have to get his/her details updated and verified on the PPP portal first.
7. The candidates, who belong to the State other than Haryana, shall provide their Aadhaar No. during sign up/registration at www.techadmissionshry.gov.in. In case the Aadhar No. of any candidate of other state is available in PPP Data base, then the candidate will not be allowed to register as of other state candidate during registration.
8. After submission of online application form for B.E./B.Tech./ B.Tech. (Bio-Tech.) & B.Arch. course, the candidates are advised to deposit the Registration Fees online.
9. The candidate will be allowed to change his/ her registration details (except the details fetched from PPP ID) before submission of the registration fee or confirmation of details.
10. The candidates are required to complete 07 stages for registration at Haryana State Technical Education Society, Haryana i.e., Application Form, Other Details, upload photo & signatures, filling marks of qualifying examination, confirm his/her details, upload the requisite documents in PDF, and pay applicable fees.
