KCDCC BCA : Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

To secure admission, students must purchase an admission form during a specified period. If listed on the merit list, they need to attend the admission day and pay the fees in cash. Admission may be forfeited if a student is absent for 10 consecutive days from the start of college. The college faculty is experienced and approachable, fostering a personal learning environment. However, there are some inconsistencies in faculty experience and issues with the computer lab.

The college offers affordable courses due to its semi-government status, with self-financing courses like BBA and BCA being more expensive yet cheaper than elsewhere. Placement opportunities are available for BBA and BCom, but not for BCA, starting from the 3rd semester. The average placement package is around 5 Lakhs per year, with no internships offered. Scholarships are available for students with an annual income under 100,000 INR and class toppers, including merit-based and need-based financial aid.

The BCA course costs 32,940 INR annually for students from Assam and 42,020 INR for those from outside, totaling about 128,000 INR over four years, with no scholarships available and non-refundable fees. Additional expenses include uniforms and exam registration fees. Admission and first-semester fees are 35,000 INR, with an extra 10,000 INR for out-of-state students.
