Viva college honest review by commerce student

Likes

Big classrooms with proper ventilation,Stricts HOD's, So many functions and events for participation, seminars for commerce students.
Activities such as industrial visit( little expensive) but effective 3 days tour.
In college competitions, inter college competitions in chess ,TT , carrom.

Dislikes

Not punctual teachers. Benches are small for tall students.
No proper teaching. Poor facilities of water and sanitation

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is very good on paper. University has given like 8 subjects from which we have to choose 5. But this college itself chooses 5 subjects and students now have to learn only them ... Like in 3rd year sem 5 there was subject international finance I wanted to study that because baf course is all about finance but the college had subject management. So yeah be prepared for this. My colleges reputation is not that great because other city students come too. So for about teaching it's average

Likes

The college is big enough having many courses
Most of the teachers are well trained and experienced
The fee structure is not more soo everyone can afford it

Dislikes

Students are not well mannered and very mischievous
Some teachers are very young who can’t handle elder students
The events held in colleges are not well organised and enjoyable

Course Curriculum Overview:

According to bcom(b&i) i.e banking and insurance this course help to study about every related to this field and real-world applications. Also this teaches how the person should behave in this field and what knowledge he/she should have. The exams are not much difficult if a person studies properly and can easily get passed.

I like the Viva events specially held on winter. Including inter-college, sports events. The library are awesome. And atrium space

Dislikes

Here don't have any digital class or AC.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'd choosen Bcom. Because I want to learn and understand the each subject tropics and their needs in daily life. I prepared myself for graduation. I more focus on accounting and taxation. The improvement in the course should give more examples and real, up-to-date practical explanations. I probably give almost 2 hrs a day to learn, understand, and practice.

My College Experience

Likes

College is very much filled with different kind of student so that we can get together and gain different experience
also in our college we have indoor game facilities where we can sit and play any of the game which ever is available
also we can visit the college campus where we can chill and get relaxed

Dislikes

Since it is a India's biggest college hence it is too crowdy with lots of students
Since it is Maharashtra so most of the professors speaks Marathi language which is quite challenging for outsiders
Some of the Professors are quite strict with their behaviour

I will rate it 8/10 in terms in terms of course curriculum and relevancy In case I have to choose some courses from the accounts stream then we can simply time or drag and then select the course whichever i want to select for my higher education.

All you need to know about viva college before joining

Likes

No average attendance compulsion in the college
Many sports to participate, one can easily use the opportunity of sports and can do well.
The programs which are held by the college

Dislikes

No seriousness about studies in the students as well as the teachers
The library is not accessible by everyone , you need a card to access library
The students are not very friendly in the college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted to do CFA so firstly I had to do graduation so I chose B.com , it is a very easy course , I used to study 1 day before exams and then also I was able to get CGPA above 7 every semester , this course won't help you in future or jobs but you are planning for CA or CFA or any other course which requires graduation, then this is a good course because it is very easy to clear.

Overall great camps

Likes

Camps give placement to every student in any situation
For us normal people can't afford whole year fees in one shot thanks to them to give fees installment
Teachers are very supportive towards students

Dislikes

Camps food are sometimes not fresh and also very expensive for normal student
Some class are very poor as compared to my Weather is painting or benches

Placement Experience:

After semester 6 students are eligible to get their placement Camps have said and give 1 year package at least 180000 per months 15000 Fot placement student have to score at least 70 above My camps have already give me one placement in some company
