SRM, Institute of Technology Lucknow B.Tech + M.Tech Electronics And Communication Engineering: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent system from any recognized Central/ State Board with Physics and Mathematics/ Biology as compulsory subject along with Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Computer Science/ Technical Vocational Subject. Candidate must obtained minimum marks of 45% or equivalent grade for GEN/OBC and 40% marks or equivalent grade for SC/ST Category in the above subjects taken together.

• Student directly enrolled in Integrated B.Tech. Programme since 1st Year will be eligible for the programme as per the eligibility criteria. In case, the student shows his/her willingness to exit from it, will be allowed to do so in 3rd Year during VI semester by applying on a prescribed format.
• As, the process of integration starts in the Final Year of B.Tech. i.e. in 4th Year. Interested students who are pursuing Regular or Integrated B.Tech. Programme with 6.0 CGPA or more till V Semester with no ‘F’ Grade in any subject have to apply for B.Tech. + M.Tech. Integrated Programme in a prescribed format in 3rd Year during the VI Semester. Preference for integrated course will be given to students enrolled in Integrated Programme over Regular B.Tech. course/ as over Lateral Entry cases.
