The duration of the test is 2 hours. The test consists of three sections and all questions are of objective type (multiple choice questions). Each question has four options of which one is correct. Each correct answer will be awarded 2 marks. The wrong answer and unanswered questions will receive nil marks.The test will be held online. The students can give the test through a computer, tablet or a mobile, which should have an internet connection and a working front camera. Likes

The faculties in our college are well educated in their fields and also have a nice experience of teaching .
Also the fests and celebrations are really good and positive.
I wish to see more scholarship and training opportunities in future and improvise the selection of students to be admitted

Dislikes

Mostly they converse in english but often switch to their local language- telugu which makes it difficult for the rest of the students.
The professor is telugu than it becomes a problem for non telugu people to understand the subject.
The only negative feedback i have about them is the language barrier.

I liked to play games in the college in the ground
eSports tournament they are conducted by college
Like to spend most of the time in working on projects

Dislikes

The fees structure of the college is very high and some people will not able to pay the fees
The food quality and taste is not high as we expected in hostel
No cleanliness in hostel rest rooms and hostel room

Placement Experience:

The placement are good in college, 4th year students and minimum of a 6.5 cgpa and the average package is 4.5 and highest package is 15 lakhs and that is from pega consultancy there is percentage of 70% getting placement my plan after the engineering is to become a eSports player

Review of gitam university

Likes

Good infrastructure very neat campus and good environment
It's completely ragging free for new juniors we have restricted rules and regulations
Advanced class rooms with projectors and air conditioners

Dislikes

Very far from hyderabad itself located 20 kms approximately from miyapur
Hostel fee is very expensive not worthy but we don't have good facilities
Hostel meal is average here not worthy to the money we have paid

Placement Experience:

To get eligible in placement you have to get in 7th semester with no backlogs Some companies Tech Mahindra,accenture, EY-GDS,deliveroo etc.they have give an average package of 4.5 lakhs Highest package is 15lpa from pega systems and average is 4.5lpa I don't know exact number but yes 50 percentage will get placed

Good infrastructure and the college is spacious and there is good atmosphere maintained very neat and clean
Ragging free there is no ragging in campus seniors are very good and cooperative and rules and regulations are good in campus
Advanced classrooms with projector and all

Dislikes

College is in outskirts too far from city
Hostel fee is quiet expensive and not worth for money
Hostel is not clean and not maintained well

Placement Experience:

To get eligible in placement you have to get in seventh semester without any backlogs. Some companies like Tech Mahindra,Accenture,EY-GDS,delievero,etc.They have given a average of four lakh fifty thousand. Highest package is fifteen lakh per anum from pega system and average package is 4.5 lakhs. I don't know the exact percentage but yes 50 percent will be placed. I want to complete my masters.

Infrastructure is good the class room are very good with advanced facilities like L1 class rooms
The faculties are also very experienced here in gitam hyd
Environment is very good in this campus you get a good library here.

Dislikes

First of all this campus is located to far away from Hyderabad
Hostels are good but very expensive compared to private hostels
Food in the hostels are not nice here in gitam

Life at my college

Likes

the college has a great infrastructutre and top end equipments.
great management which supports students at every step and provide what one wants
great food, multiples cafes and canteens for wide range of options

Dislikes

the college is slowly becoming overcrowded, letting in more addmissions
the buses they provide are TGSRTC buses, which is not worth for the fees we pay

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester our placement training has started and from 7th semester companies started coming to the campus for placements. The companies visited are EY GDS, Accenture, TechMahindra, Oracle, Deliveroo, TCS, MUsigma, etc. last year placement percentage for the students who opt placements and not higher studies is around 90 percent. I have bagged in 3 offers they are from EY GDS, ACCENTURE and ORACLE.

Likes

College surroundings and its environment
Teaching methods of the faculty - using projectors to explain .
Campus amenities are best. Computer labs are useful to practice

Dislikes

Placement companies are good but would be better if good companies are brought- as i saw few companies are fraud companies
Canteen food is bad sometimes- not hygiene
No internships are provided - would be better if atleast they tried

Placement Experience:

from 4-2 semester students become eligible for placements Musigma, Talentserve, TCS, coforge etc... few good and few startups visited. i got placed in 2 companies Highest - 9 LPA software developer average - 5 LPA Software trainee this year less percentage of students got placed- example out of 100 students only 5 are placed . After degree i am trying offcampus drives to get good packages

Yes and no to join my college

Likes

The infrastructure is a big pro. The University has amazing architecture.
The food is great. There are lot of options and affordable too.
They make sure to keep us updated and noticed about everything.

Dislikes

The attendance criteria is a pain. Not meeting the criteria leads to many headaches.
The fee is not affordable to many. I think they could a lot more work.
Attending events do not give a little consideration with respect to attendance

Placement Experience:

From seventh semester, placement exams start. Our college guarantees 100 percent placement. So hopefully it stands by it. Usually the cgpa criteria is 7 and above which is pretty good according to me.

For every exam they must give sufficient days for preparation. Our college doesn't give breaks and also it is very difficult to grasp so much of content in less than a day. I have chosen. Cse cybersecurity and the subjects they've chosen for us are quite interesting. Like cryptography and ethical hacking.

The courses are relevant and useful for the future

The exam format and the rules regarding scholarship keep changing
Minimum attendance requirement is too high at 75 percent
