You have separate Faculty For each Subject. The total strength for each batch is 120 so, the class will be divided according to the stream the student has chosen. The Placements in our college are very well where many companies visit the college. From the last trimester, students start receiving the placements offered. The average salary is 6 lakhs. Last year there was a 100 Percentage placement.

The companies that visited our college are Collegedunia, Bajaj capital, ITC, Tube investments of India, ICICI, Saint Gobain, CMIE, Avasoft, City Union Bank, Teachnook, EY. The highest package offered by Collegedunia is 12 Lakhs per annum and the average is 5 lakhs per annum. The college has a 100 percent student placement policy and it delivers the same. My plans after the degree are to work for Collegedunia and contribute all my skills, and talent to the company.

RSB offers an average CTC of 7 lakhs. More than 20 companies visit campus placement every year. Till now 100% placement has been recorded. Many students quit their job to come here and take up PGDM to get a higher salary package.

My journey with RSB College started with numerous parties including freshers party, hostel party. Even throughout the year numerous cultural and traditional festivals are celebrated with utmost enthusiasm. Campus life and social life was pretty awesome.

I literally enjoyed my stay at RSB Institute, it was an informative and entertaining journey. I learned a lot about the management and different aspects which constitute making a company. Campus life was fun, infrastructure was great. Placement wing is very much dedicated to bridging the gap between students and recruiters.

RSB is a good college, so I took admission in this college.But joining here, doing classes I get to know it's not that good.Yes, we are provided with every facilities but for this we paid lot of money from our Pocket.Faculties also shows more interest to the academically good Students.They do not care much about the rest.But from this college I make so many friends with whom I share a good relation always.

I wanted to go for MBA and this college is the only one in our state who is offering this course with best quality.One reason also that I took admission in this college is that Our faculty.They are experienced faculty.I cleared MAT with a very good score and also I am a graduate in BBA from a recognised University.
