Remarks
My journey with RSB College started with numerous parties including freshers party, hostel party. Even throughout the year numerous cultural and traditional festivals are celebrated with utmost enthusiasm. Campus life and social life was pretty awesome.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum was very thorough. It prepared us to take up leadership roles in a company. The presentation sessions significantly boosted my confidence and on top of that the feedback from the faculty literally aided in personal development.
Placement Experience
Our placement cell was very helpful and supportive of us. They would organize mock interview sessions in order to boost our confidence. The average package was pretty minimal even for an entry-level job. The highest package was around 7 LPA, wherein the average package was around 6 LPA.
Fee Structure And Facilities
I paid around 3 Lacs as my one year fee. Our college offers one of the most cost-effective professional programs in the region. It is providing the students from a financially challenged background, a chance to avail of higher studies at such a nominal price.
Admission
My admission was done on the basis of the CAT entrance exam in order to offer admissions to a PG program. I applied for the PGDM program by downloading the form. You have to pay the application form fee, as well. After that, I was called for the counseling process. The management was very much supportive during the admission process.
Faculty
Most of the teaching was case studies oriented. The case study analysis and their feedback helped us with the actual practical applications of various theories and models we were studying during our curriculum. The faculty was pretty dedicated toward guiding us in the right direction for our course period.
