Life at RSB

Placement Experience:

The students will be eligible for placements after the 4th trimester. The companies that visited our college are Collegedunia, Bajaj capital, ITC, Tube investments of India, ICICI, Saint Gobain, CMIE, Avasoft, City Union Bank, Teachnook, EY. The highest package offered by Collegedunia is 12 Lakhs per annum and the average is 5 lakhs per annum. The college has a 100 percent student placement policy and it delivers the same. My plans after the degree are to work for Collegedunia and contribute all my skills, and talent to the company.

Placement Experience:

RSB offers an average CTC of 7 lakhs. More than 20 companies visit campus placement every year. Till now 100% placement has been recorded. Many students quit their job to come here and take up PGDM to get a higher salary package.

My PGDM Review

Placement Experience:

Our placement cell was very helpful and supportive of us. They would organize mock interview sessions in order to boost our confidence. The average package was pretty minimal even for an entry-level job. The highest package was around 7 LPA, wherein the average package was around 6 LPA.

Placement Experience:

Placement cell is pretty active in our college. Their assistance was elemental in shaping our careers. They guided us about the available job opportunities based on qualifications and PGDM specialization. Many reputable companies like Cipla, Accenture, Amazon, ITC, etc. would visit our campus for the placement drive.

Our college provides good placements to all the students in the campus interview.For getting a job in placements Students must be academically active also.They should be intelligent.Others who do not show much interest in course curriculum are exempt from cracking placement interview.Every year more than 100 companies visit here for placements.Some Students get 2 3 jobs at a same time.

One can find a lot of jobs if students makes most in the education.Any company will hire the students from this college campus.College placements are average but reputations are very high when we go for off-campus placements.Companies come for placements such as- Wipro, HCL, Infosys,Felicity group, Indian navy etc.They also offer package to all the students.
