MES's Institute of Management & Career Courses Pune Placement 2025: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

The placements of this college campus has been excellent over the past few years. The students are given immediate placements after completing the first year of graduation itself. The companies who have visited the campus are BVG, KANJ & Associates, Ravindra Logistics, Cognizant, WNS, Mehta & Mehta group, and many more. The average starting salary of the students who have just completed their 1st year of graduation is 15000. The students are to score atleast 50 %. As soon as I completed my 1st year, I was selected in Kanj & Associates as a legal trainee, which is considered as one of the best in Pune region.

So, the internship opportunity you get is based on your core subjects which help you in gaining a lot of exposure. Also, for a well performed candidate, there is a chance of PPO. The Internship duration is for a period of 2 months. (APRIL to JUNE).

There were lot of start up companies visited to our campus. At least 40 companies were visited most of them are start up and the big companies were not come across campus they tell us to attend the campus to other college.but they really try there best to place each student in the company. Our college has the good alumni who has started their startup and come to college for recruitment.

Students become eligible for placements in their third semester mostly and many of the. Get placed too. The percentage of placement is far much better but it's decreasing day by day maybe because of the recession and COVID batch.

College's Placement Organizer is having lot of connections in the market. And having such huge no. Of connections, it helps to invite 70-80 companies on campus for the job interviews. 70-80 companies consists of many MNC companies as well.

IMCC is accreditation with TCS and many big companies so many company come on campus and we students get good job opportunity.

I have not placed yet but college provide many companies for internship & placement.

Arround 25 students out 140 are placed already. Popular companies Symantec, Zensar, Persistant, Tata Consultancy Service, Cumming India visited.
