Yes, the college does provide reservations to eligible candidates. Around 40% of the seats are reserved for SC/ST candidates and the rest for children of army personnel or someone with a disability.

Does the College provide personal enhancement and development schemes for students?

Yes. Career counseling is ensured by career counseling classes. Soft Skills development is ensured through (i) Certificate Course on Computer and PGDCA by Computer Point, a Joint Venture of Govt. of Odisha. (ii) Language Laboratory, and (iii) Computer Laboratory.

Yes. The college has a Students Council. Different Bodies are the college union, the dramatic society, the day scholars association, the social service guild, the athletic association, the science society and the commerce society.

Is there any boarding facility for non-residential candidates?

The college has well equipped and modern hostels for boys as well as girls and boasts of a student intake of up to 500 for each hostel. There are three hostels for males and similarly four hostels for the female students.
