Sri Guru Teg Bahadur College is Special!!

Likes

Our college is also one of the oldest and is named after one of the 10 Gurus of Sikh Community.
Our college is at a walking distance from Model Town metro station.
Personal development at our college was such that every student will develop his/her personality here.

Dislikes

Even in course like BCA ladies were sparse and I feel, a quota should be reserved for them too.

Admission:

Admission happens on merit here as caption fees are non negotiable here. Sports quota students, army quota and minorities do have special quota but otherwise for general students it is tough to get here. Cut-off for entrance was 94 percentile in 2021 and today it must be 96 or more.

campus size religious issue cafeteria was not good

on the basis of an entrance exam cuet i got this college . i just took the rounds and got admission into this college. another reason of taking admission into this college is it is near to my house . i did not applied anywhere elpse so no rejection.

Likes

Well good faculty and staff ready to help you
At good location if you wanna hangout after class
No pressure for things like attendance and exams

Dislikes

Small space and conjusted area its more like an institute
Small bathrooms and poor management of toilets

Admission:

I applied in delhi university also but we know the faculty of du is actually worse than ip university i gave cucet for entrance exam and the college i first alloted was in najafgarh and it was not that good in the second round i got IITM janakpuri but i didn't went there because of chapri crowd of uttam nagar and in the third round i got this college it s at pretty nice location near gurdwara nanak piao and the location is also safe for girls Admission process you have to give ip university entrance exam that is ip cucet and in that after results you can select college wht you want in the allotment process if you got enough rand like under 3k you can get this college

I liked the faculty and the events which is conducted by different societies
I also like the library of the college it has proper air conditioning and all the relevant books are available

Admission:

I choose this college over other colleges i have applied because of the placement opportunities and the supportive faculty members of the college and the events which the college conduct is also very entertaining and skill full for the students and can improve their overall personality

Life in college

Likes

Faculties are very experienced and also very supportive
Placements are very good. Over 100 companies comes to college every year.
Environment of college is very good. Seniors and other staff is very friendly

Dislikes

Infrastructure is not so great. Also sometimes management doesnt listen to students

Admission:

I gave cuet and overall rank was 3355 i got this college in the last rou d of coumselling which is called spot round. The college js very good i. Terms of study and placements than any other i applied in. Admission process is very simple you just have to clear cuet exam with good rank less than 3000 rank

Honest review of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute Of Management and IT.

Likes

The teachers are very supportive but the other faculties are very arrogant.

Dislikes

The infrastructure is very poor and only consists of 2 buildings that are of 3 floors.
The food in canteen is poor quality and the menu only consists of fast food.
No space for extracurricular activities and sports as the ground is very small.

Admission:

12th pass was the eligibility of the course. The application form, application fees and application dates are all available on the official website of the university. Details were provided in a PDF file on the site. The frequency of exams is bad as there is no gap between exams and the exams were mediocre. The admission process is too lenghty and should be reduced.

All room has Ac and a big saminar hall and e-library is there also where you can study

Dislikes

Cainteen is dirty and good is not good no cleanliness and not a good staff

Admission:

Admission process is so long and they keep delaying tha addmission they just want to coverup college fee by giving holidays by tha name of addmissions exams for addmission is on Time and the centre is so close to my home so there js no problem in that but colleges don't pickup calls and reply to emails

Likes

Placement cell was very active and very nice , they were try a lot to placed the students
College environment is very nice or simple, college were not over react in any situation.
Teacher was very nice and cooperative. They are trying to help to the students and gide properly

Dislikes

College infrastructure is very small that is not good but classes was very nice
Washroom was very small and dirty or very less in college
Games room is not too much good they have only few things for playing

Admission:

For the admission, I was fill the GGSIPU CET form and given the exam. The my rank is 13,935 and my Admission or college allowed in 3rd round. After getting allotted the scholarship, I went for a visit and talked to the faculty, how was the placements, how was the environment, and I asked many other things. After that I decided that it is better to take admission in this as the placement order is better than that of my colleges. Admission team filled the form of Rs 500 and filled all the personal and academic details. After admission, I was added to the WhatsApp group and they said that the details of the classes would be shared in it. FACULTY:- I have been studying in this college for one semester and I have seen the faculty thoroughly and understood that all the teachers are very friendly and familiar. The environment of the college is very good but the size of the college is very small, this is the only problem but the placements and facilities are very good. I like my college.

The most liked thing about that college is the college faculties they are so supportive.

Dislikes

The infrastructure is not so good and the canteen of the college is so bad.

Admission:

The admission process is so easy for admission you only give the university entrance exam ipu cet but they also give oppurtunity to cuet candidates. The exam is out of 200 and its a objective exam which is easy . After the exam you will get the rssult im 3 weeks and then you have to make a college preference list on ghe site and apply for it . The top rankers who get the rank 1 ro 100 gets the top college of ipu easily and and remain will get a good college , and wait till the last round because nobody knows what will happen next.

In first i applied for the addmission in the ipu portal then the date was issued for the entrance exam After entrance exam the rank was given my rank was 12000 something then we have to choose the college by their courses there are 5 rounds was given to us Then 3 spot rounds this is how i get admission in ipu
