Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies has a large number of active student societies and clubs that range from a variety of interests. Internships are compulsory for all students at MAIMS in most courses. BBA and B.Com (H) students have to undertake corporate internships or live projects as part of their course, which expose them to actual work and assist them in preparing formal project reports. Likewise, for BA?LL.B. and BBA?LL.B. students, summer internships usually in law firms, judge chambers, or corporate legal offices need to be fulfilled at the end of the 4th, 6th, and 8th semesters; students also present structured internship reports and sit for viva-voce sessions according to GGSIPU guidelines. On the whole, MAIMS focuses heavily on practical training so that each student gets practical experience before graduation.

MAIMS placement cell is under GGSIPU does receives invitations from startups as well as upcoming companies along with established corporations. so the detailed fees structure of the college goes like it charges 102000 per year for the bba course they provied and it varies from 102000 to 105000 per year by the end of the course, if you opt for book bank 5000 are extra which are refundable at the end of your course from the college . Recently my younger brother was looking for admissions in college and now the fees has increased to 145000 per year as of 2025

MAIMS: A balanced Academic Experience with a Scope for Better Campus Life.

At MAIMS fees is higher than DU colleges as it's a private college. The fees still is much lower than NLUs as MAIMS cost me around 1.2 lakhs a year. Unfortunate though as most scholarships are for Delhi students but still Beti Padhao is applicable for all girls where girls get 10% scholarship every year.

The college feee is Rs 118500 However at the time of admission you have to pay rs.40000 inclusive of this amount No toher charges are taken Also there is a book bank policy in which you can get it at Rs 6000 and can get books from library semester wise at the end of your course you can again get refund of these rs 6000

About MAIMS

Fees and Financial Aid:

The fee payable at the time of the admission and the yearly fee from second year onwards may vary and the same is updated on the official site of MAIMS. The initial admission fee for year 2024-25 was Ruppees 1,53,000/- which was paid in two installments, 96,000 as GGSIPU genral counselling fees and 57,000 at the time of admission. For second year onwards special circular is issued on the website and fee for the session 2024-25 was 1,22,400 Ruppees. The bifurcation is as follows: Tution Fee= 1,01,400 Activity Fee = 1,000 University annual charges = 20,000 Scholarships are also provided by the college for various categories. For the first year scholarship is provided to the meritorious students on the basis of CLAT Rank. Following is the division: Rank 1 - 2500 : 50% of the tution fee Rank 2501 - 5000 : 25% of the tution fee Rank 5001 - 6000 : 20 % of the tution fee Rank 6001 - 7000 : 15% of the tution fee Ews scholarships are also provided by the college subject to the valid certificates and identification submitted for the same.

Since the college is affiliated with GGSIP University, the admission process is done in two parts. First part is includes the payment of University fee which for this year (2024) was Rs.96,000 and the second part includes payment of specific college fee which varies from college to college, the BBA course fee for first year students (general category) turns out to be Rs.1,54,000 in total. MAIMS provide financial support for the students in need under various schemes like Merit-Cum-Means LinkedIn financial assistance scheme and Scholarship by MATES (Maharaja Agrasen Technical Education Society)

My course's fees was 1.5 lakhs per year and in total like for all the three year, it was something like 3.5 lakh in total. The fees of most of the courses was quite same. But I remember the fees of the courses, BA LLB, it was something like 85 thousand per year. It was quite cheaper than other courses.

The tution fees for all 5 years is around 720000 and the annual fee that I have paid for the 1st year is 153000 . All the facilities are included whithin the tution fees except for book bank , the fee structure is quite affordable.

The fee structure will be 105400 which keeps on increasing for new students . If you want to issue books from library then have to deposit security of 6000. There are various Delhi state government scholarships available and for other states also .
