Fees and Financial Aid:

since i have egrantz i pay no fees. But the non eligible students cost around 10000 per year. in each semester we have to pay an amount equal to 3500 for tution fees and an amount in between 1800 to 3000 for the exam registration. Other than that we have to pay the college hostel fees which is not compulsory for a student who was eligible for egrantz scholarship. if the hostel mess charge is greater than 3500 we have to pay the amount. oyherwise we dont have to pay the amount.

Fees are very cheap with respect to any other colleges in kerala. This is a government college having the definite fee structure of 9000 per semsters. And redemption for various categories.and provides many national scholarships in addition to private and college sponsored scholarships

Reflection on college of engineering Trivandrum

Likes

I learned so much things during my time there both academically and personally. The curriculum was rigorously and comprehensive. Covering lots of things in my field.
The practical exposure through labs session, projects and workshop are greatly enhanced my understanding and skill set

The college offered Industry interaction and internship , i felt that i could have been more robust initiative to bridge the gap between academic and industry

I have egrants scholarship so my tuition fee is 5000 it will be directly paid by egrants. The total cost of education per year is around 20000. There are more scholarships available. I got egrants only. And ffe, CETA award scholarship is available.

All about CET

The curriculum needs an overall upgrade as it's more depended on theory than on practicals as companies nowadays require more practical experience and on textbook knowledge
The sem is a bit rushed and we are not getting enough time to prepare or study for exams.Because of this we are not getting expected results.

On the time of admission one needs to pay 9500 rupees and on each semester there is semester registration fee about 7000 rupees and we also have an exam registration fee which is about 3000 rupees.The exam regiatration fee depends on number of subjects.There are many scholarships for students based on their economic backgroud and caste reservations.One such scholarship is E-Grantz provided for economically backward students.It provides an amount of 25000 each semester to the applicable student.There are also scholarships for girls like Pragiti

The fee structure of the college is so fine. We do have to pay seven thousand rupees per semester and are also provided with various scholarships. There are different financial assistance cell like the cet alumni cell which provides us the financial help for those who are eligible. SC/ST students, they don't have to pay the fees, they are exempted from paying fees, these category students also receive e-Grantz as the scholarship which is received from the state government. There are also campus employment opportunities. Students are also provided with good internship opportunities, which offer stipends.

CET-where dreams come into reality

for a year tution fee is neraly 13350. i am satying at the college hostel and in a month hostel fee is nearly 3500. there is a lot governement and private scholorships.there is state governement scholorship called egrants and it will get to all the college students. people belongs to oec sc,st donot want to pay any fees. general will get leasure money.i also get a private scholorship named FFE and it will provide 40000 per year. there are lot of campus placements also. i got placed in a company.

The academics was not that really tough and was easy to score marks

For general category students, an average semester exam fee is 5000.Also there is exam registration fee of average 2000 per semester.Other than this students have to pay their hostel fees only which is an average of 3500 per month.For SC,ST students all these fee are paid by the government which makes a total free of cost study for the category students.

In my curriculum,I had fee namely tution fee which is about 6000 per semester and we will have an examination fee for each respective semester.There will also be infrequent sports and arts fee accompanied with others
