St. Joseph's College Thrissur, established in 1964, is the first college for women in Kerala It is affiliated to the University of Calicut and NAAC has accredited this college with ‘A’ Grade. St. Joseph’s College Thrissur Courses
The college offers UG, PG and doctoral programs across various specializations. The courses with details are tabulated below:
Admission to UG & PG courses will be based on marks obtained in the last qualifying exam. In the case of certain programs under M.Sc. candidates need to qualify a written test conducted by the college.
Ph.D. Courses admission is granted based on the Entrance Exam followed by an interview. The College will publish the merit list based on the qualifying exam and/or entrance exam score, whatever applicable for the course the candidates have applied for.
The college has a placement cell which takes care after the placement activities. It invites reputed companies to participate in the campus drive. Sports- The sports ground is available within the campus where the students can enjoy all type of outdoor games
Butterfly garden one of beautiful one with so many butterfly and there is nice botanical garden
They give more importance for sports and promote the talents of students
Infrastructure of the college is appreciated is one of the attracting one.
Admission:
I only applied in two college one of them is st Joseph's college i rejected the other one because this college is comparatively near by home and also I have took my admission in this college when I got call from the other one. We have no entrance exams. The admission is based on the index marks which had got in degree. Its completely based on the marks that we got in degree exam.
I also applied for st.marys college Thrissur i also got addmission from there but first i got addmission in st.joseph so thats why i got addmission here.and the admission is here will be based on the marks
Programs are conducting in a well mannered style. Everyone can enjoy & participate.
Library is the main attraction as they contain lots if articles, journals, reference books, etc
Lab facilities are really good as well our equipments. Teachers are really helping in every way.
Dislikes
Didn't have enough time to cut classes due to the classes.
Admission:
I only applied to this college from my Sir's recommendation along with my senior. This college have a good facility to learn, to do lab, & to refer, the library facilities are too good. Our library contains around 70,000 books. We can apply in the college website with 100rs application fee. Or we attend several entrance exams. We need all necessary documents for the admission process.
St Mary's College in trissur and psgr krishnammal college called me but I chose this college over it because of convenience and it has NAAC A++ grade. Admission process is pretty simple. Apply on their site and they give you a call and confirm the seat and pay the admission fee
Library I like the most one because it looking very beautiful
Our biotechnology lab is very good and very effective
Dislikes
I don't like the water quality in our college

Iam very interested to get admission in my college, because in my college many facilities.Iam applied in m other colleges but not get admission.I get admission in my college through apply a form from my collage
Eco friendly. Lots of plants and trees surrounding of the college.
Sports and the physical education system.
Smart TV in every class and free wifi to the students.
Dislikes
Plane colour uniform with shawl is very strict.
The limited number of lab equipments and the chemicals.
Admission:
I applied for mar ivanious college TVM and st Joseph and I choosed St Joseph's College irinjalakuda because it was the first women's college in kerala tha provide biotechnology government aided course. In mar ivanious it is mainly botony biotechnology. I need general biotechnology so I choosed St Joseph's.
I got admission in mar ivanious too.
The admission process of St Joseph's College was like the HOD called and said to take the admission on the date. Theor admission criteria was based on the plus two marks and extra curricular activities.
Library is very good and have all types of study materials are available.
Admission:
St josephs college irinjalakuda is one of the best womens college in kerala.And the infrastructure and lab facilities here are so good. Good management and also experienced teachers and faculties. Its a Naac A++ approved college.
It provides a student friendly environment and teachers are very supportive.
The library is well facilitated and a great place to sooth your mind.
Admission:
I have also enrolled in Mar Ivanious College, Thiruvananthapuram. When i looked into qualification, I thought my college is better.. It has a NIRF 86th rank and is the best 3rd women's college in India.. It is accredited with NAAC A++ and the faculties here are superb.
I was in waiting list at Mar ivanious college and later i found that if i accept it, i would have been granted.
Admission process at SJC is simple. Apply online on their website. If you are accepted HOD will call you and informs about the admission date. On that day we are requested to attend there in person with our parents. Students who have scored 90% and above in plus two board exam is considered first
Teachers also engages like students to do programs
They provide all programs based on studies and speciality of days and conducted variety of programs like fests,seminars etc
Dislikes
They didnt do programs in common all are in department wise

I get admission in two colleges one of that is nirmala arts and science college in chalakkudy and the course is bachelor of travel and tourism and one is this st Joseph's college Irinjalakkuda in bvoc maths and ai and I find out ai course good and have high futurescope so I decided to do this course in this college that's it
The infrastructure is only good in the main building. The other buildings in the back is not so good. The classrooms are not that advanced. Bathrooms are dirty and not clean. No proper projectors in Class
Admission:
I had applied to christ college . But it was more expensive and asked for a certain amount just for seat . And by the the time i joined there was seat available in this college and comparatively my guardians were also comfortable here because of hostel facilities.
