Fees and Financial Aid:

College fees of gmc kannur is quite affordable, As of 2024, Fees of 1st year is - 31,000 & 1000 for other amenities. Fees of 2nd, 3rd & final year is 26,000 For all the categories fees is same.. Scholarship - Government of Kerala provide scholarship for the students, whose economical background is not good.. Name of scholarship - Egrants Amount - 50,000 per year

Experience in GMC Kannur.

OBC and general students has to pay around 25000 rupees tution fees and it will be refunded as egrantz scholarship for OBC students. SC st and oec and PWD candidates had no fees. Around 13500 rupees 1st year hostel fees and around 3500 rupees monthly mess fee.

GMC Kannur - Place Where Our Heart Gets Fulfilled.

The tuition fee reaches almost 25000 which is much low compared to other colleges. I'm qualified for Grants scholarship. But the scholarship never comes at the right time it got delayed by one year. During my two year studies there were not much employments I have to do. The things we done were many camps which were more interesting.

GMC Kannur - What you NEED to know

The total fees for the course amounts to about 26500. This inclydes the service charges, miscellaneous fees, van fees etc. Hostel fees are an extra of about 4-5k per year. Mess feesnamount an additional of 3-4k per month. Overall it is one of the most affordable government courses available in the country. Scholarships like MOMA, Egrants are availed by selected sections of society based on their livelihood and financial capacity.

The tution fee for a year is about 25000. It increases by 5% every year. Whole 1 year fee including every other miscellaneous fees reach about 35000 Hostel fee will be varying according to colleges. Private medical colleges will be having high fees. Many scholarships are also available according to your income status

The tution fees as we under a government Institute we are not under heavy financial burden but even though the tution fee are minimal other expense including books instrument are very much of a burden and major issue of this course is that duartio of 5-6 years we are studying without any payment and those who studied along you already reached financial independence your are still unable to attain it

The fees in government medical College is about 10000 to 50000 . The expenses may also include fee for hostel books other equipments .there are many scholarship for students who cannot afford the fees.as MBBS cover a very wast syllabus our schedule is very tight,we have get in the flow then we can enjoy our college life .

Since this is a government institution fee is very much less though they wanted us to pay about 20000 for our Pta fund it does makes sense as the PTA also helps us improve our day to day things there is financial assistance for students who need it under various government schemes and the college definitely provides necessary skills for future doctors.
