The admission criteria of Pariyaram Medical College is based on below mentioned three criterias:
- Category I - These seats are filled by the Commissioner of Entrance Exam, Government of Kerala. If this percentage is not filled, the university publishes its own rank list. 50% of seats are also reserved.
- Category II- Filled by the Management of Institution in which 35% of the seats are management seats.
- Category III - 15% of the NRI seats.

- Dissection Hall: The dissection hall of ACME is one of the largest dissection halls in Asia. It is well equipped with dissection tools and a modern Embalming Lab. The seating capacity is 200 students. Well, articulated skeletons, wet specimens, models, charts, and full cadavers are present.
- Sports Facilities: A sports complex of 36,000 sq. meters. is situated on the campus of Pariyaram Medical College. Basketball, football, tennis, and volleyball are played and well equipped with commodities. The athletic track is also present. A second sports complex is also under construction with a swimming complex, pavilion with seating capacity, and gymnasium and will be open in a phased manner soon.

The college does not offer DMLT course. Some of the courses that the Academy Of Medical Science Pariyaram provides are MBBS, MD, BSC, and MS.
M.S is available in E.N.T, general surgery, and Orthopaedics at the Academy of Medical Science pariyaram. You can take admission to these courses by filling in the application form with the required details and documents.
