I wanted to study in Baselius college mainly because of the college's fame. I also wanted to join NSS and MGOCSM. The college is nearer to my village, Kollad, and hence travelling is easy. I love the teachers of my department. National Service Scheme provided me with the best platform to improve my talents. MGOCSM also helped in this. I was interested in English language and literature and I think the decision to join this college was one of the best decisions i took regarding my education.

I choose this college because of Academic result is very good and its very popular college in kerala. Sports and Arts are very active. Baselius college kottayam situated at the heart of kottayam city and its very eassy to access all things. l choose this college because of I did my degree under Mahathma Gandhi University so l decide my post graduation will does under the same university.

It's one of the top rated Colleges in Kottayam city which is my hometown and this College is situated in the heart of the city. Moreover it's an aided College where we can avail government scholarships and fee concessions.

It's one of the prestigious college under a prestigious university. It's a college which conducts many extra and intra curricular activities and there are many events too. The faculty there is also very friendly.

I have actually planned to go outside the state. But, as i wished to go abroad i planned to do IELTS with my pg. Hence, I chose Baselius. Not only for that reason. Along with that, comfort of travel was also taken as a consideration.

The College is very noisy as it is situated in the middle of kottayam Town and some of the non teaching staff seems so rude and their behaviour to the students is not acceptable, The infrastructure is average but the College is under renovation.
