I got admission in Baselius College Kottayam on merit basis , so my yearly fees has to pay only 2000 for each semester. The self financing students has to pay the full fees in each semester around 13000.
First when I went to take admission from there they tell us to pay 10000 for the ( caution fees, registration fees, admission fees and other fees etc..)The college provides numerous scholarships for students like (state merit, national scholarships and some religious based scholarships proclaiming around 20000).

Im paying about minimum fees beacuse im studiying in merit seat
The external fees is about 5000 per semester
It includes tution fees caution deposites lab fees other compulsery charges during the semester
My batchmates is also paying the same amout as fees
But self financing students have pay everything on theire own
We have e-grant as scholarships that help sc and st students a lot

Yearly the fees paid is 2000rs at the beginning of each year. There was no additional fees except 2000rs paid at the beginning of each year. Then we would be asked to pay 1500rs almost for each university exam registration. I didnt had any scholarship or concession. But students from sc/st category have concessions

I received management quota admission about 70k-80k. Admission favors more for SSLC students with excellent marks at +2 science. Management Admission is possible for CBSE students and General Category (+2average score) students. Sports and community quota students also have a low fee admission. Each semester exam fees are there. I don't know any student from this department who received placement.
