About St thomas college of Arts and Science

Likes

I like the environment where everyone feels confortable it is not only thing i liked it is also said by my batchmates.
They provide better teaching strategies to make students understand the concepts better.
They provide IV( industrial visit). It is more helpfull to explore the companys.

Dislikes

They provide canteen facilities but food is not good.
In some floor tiles is broken and we recommend to fix that.
They take late actions related to student issue .

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester students are eligible for campus interviews who have cleared all the papers without arrear. And they provide career guidence in 1st semester itself. So it is easy to decide our carrier way. Many companies in banking fields SBI, HDFC, ICICI, AXIS BANK. And also in corporate fields like acenture, ev etc. they provide base salary of RS.15,000 for the freshers.

The courses are choosen by students if the marks qualify their conditions. There will be techen some computer knowledge as well as some extra concepts which will be used for students after finishing their college. The teaching methods are good.

In St thomas College of arts and science there is huge rules and regulations for discipline manner at the same time faculty members are very friendly
St Thomas college didn't receive any donation for admission process and the admission only depend on the students 12th mark

Dislikes

Comparatively very small campus and infrastructure facilities in St Thomas college they have to improve this problem
In st thomas college there is small ground that is used only for football and basketball and no ground for cricket match

Those who are willing to study both the accounts and Bank management are company management this BCom is very useful for that and then there is a need to understand about the basic computer science knowledge so please improve that on BCom courses and it is useful for chartered accounts those who are willing to do that after complete the degree

In the st Thomas college of arts and sciences, the hospitality and the infrastructure are very good in our college
In our college the drugs are prohibited in college campus,if any students used any types drugs in our college they are strictly punished by our college management
In the st Thomas college of arts and science , there is no unwanted activities are happened in our college campus because the students are supervising by the CCTV camera and the securities

Dislikes

In the st Thomas college of arts and science the college management is very strict because if they students take leave they sent the message to the parents
Our college management treating students like school students because they arranged the parents meeting in every semester before the exam starts
in our college campus the basket ball ground and foot ball ground are very small and there is limited resources, and students need permission to play on the ground

In st thomas college of arts science the staffs are very friendly we can able to clarify our doubts thar related to subjects at anytime they never hesitate to teach and the teachers help to score more marks in our university exams
The st thomas college of arts and science have the clean campus they provide drinking water in most of the places its help maintain hydrate at summer times and the students vehicles are parked in the seperate place and the vehicles are protected
The college management concern about the women safety the college have the women safety club if the students faced any harassment they can able to companit in that office and the staffs take a seviour punishment on the student or staff thar harrased

Dislikes

The things i disliked in the st thomas college of arts and science is the canteen food the foods in the canteen is not worth for food and they doesn't provide varieties the canteen only provide sambar and tomato rice
In the st Thomas college of arts and science the classroom have more fans but that work very slowly the air doesn't enough for all over class and the sunlight came through from the large windows its make uncomfortable
And the last thing i hate in st Thomas college of arts and science is test the teacher only concerned about study the doesn't care about students mentality they only aimed to complete the chapters they doesn't care about students

I finished commerce group in my school so iam planned to became auditor di i choose bachelor of commerce . The bachelor of commerce is the course that taken by most of the commerce students after higher secondary so we need to improve our skill to get a high paid job

Awesome educational experience I have ever been seen..
Sports activities are marvelous development
Faculty members are very talented persons I have ever seen

Dislikes

Kabaddi court is very small size for players..
Canteen food is awesome...but that much expensive
Parking facility is very large but small area for canteen

Course Curriculum Overview:

Faculty members are so nice and friendly. Most importantly, they are very talented people. Any doubts are clarified by them. Seminars and assessments must be done on a monthly basis. They are conducting class tests to improve our skills.
