Course Curriculum Overview:
The course will introduce the discipline and profession of food science and nutrition through an overview of food composition, nutritional constituents, commodities, food quality and deterioration, food preservation, product development, nutrition during life time and nutrition for disease conditions.To enable the students to learn the basic concept of Food science and Nutrition.On successful completion of the course the students should have the basic Food Science and Nutrition and their application in various fields.Students will also develop specific skill based on their interest in bakery and confectionery, meat, poultry and fish processing, food fermentation, dairy processing. Students will also be able to apply the principles of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) to ensure safe food processing, Students will also have knowledge in regulations governing the manufacture and sales of the food products.To generate high quality Graduates by offering UG and diploma prog
Fee Structure And Facilities:
College fee is really feasible. Affordable in all aspects. Courses like bsc are around 15 to 20 thousand and courses like biotechnology and microbiology are around 45 to 55 thousands. All the cheese are affordable

It's feasible. Every common man can afford it. there's a special fees concessions given to merit students and special fees concessions given to certain combinations. In total the fee is affordable and it varies for each of the combinations

The fees structure is fine and if the student are from out of the state than the charges are more the finance committee has member from university of mysore and member from various skilled sectors which guides the members of boards of studies of the college
Course Curriculum Overview:
My course of B.Sc has been really good because I think the college is very successful in thinking out of the box and students get a lot of exposure here and become ready for the outside world There are internals lab practicals assignments and semester examination.

The fee structure is feasible as it is a college made for the rural students.We also get a fee concussion if we are from a background community and also for a person from a sports background the fee will me reduced to the maximum.

College provides comparatively less fees for aided courses. Non aided couses contain not so big expense but minimum upto 70000.expenses are less while staying in college hostel but hostel fee ranges from 65000 to 75000

It changes according to the combination u select if the fees is more than 30 you can pay in installments.In my course it is 29 thousand leaving exam fees I had to pay in single payment. Hostel fees is separate.

The fees for the course is 25k per annum and is a very cheap for a college that is so reputed and provides such a quality education to its students from decades together.
