Likes

The college is vast and huge the infrastructure is good
Facilities are friendly and helpful in all ways possible
Faculties are well experienced and makes class interesting

Dislikes

Classroom are dark and old it could be a little advanced
Could have more opportunities for students to show their talents are express interest
The placement cell could use more recruitment opportunities

Admission:

I chose this college because I wanted to do acca and only selective colleges had professional courses and compared to them philos was the best option it had experienced faculties. There is no eligibility criteria to get admission in this college

The curriculum that was taught was amazing
The kind of exposure was unmatched in the campus
The surrounding of the campus was eya catching

Dislikes

The canteen food was extremely average and okayish
They didnt have a good stationary inside the campus
The timing was quite hectic and aint flexible

This college was the best college in mysore and Bachelors jn Foodscience was somethjng that i wanted to opt for definitely interms of the widespread knowledge the college has.It consisted of everything that was needed for my curriculum

Great college experience

Likes

The major aspect I liked about the college was its faculties. They were sincere, hard-working and student-friendly. They helped us a lot in learning and developing an interest in the subjects we studied, which is essential for further studies.
The college has a great ambience, covered with trees and greenery. There were places to hang out for the students like stone benches. The curriculum was good from the syllabus point of view for the course that I studied.
I have witnessed teachers of age above 50, with years of experience writing down and studying for taking classes, which is a rare thing to be found anywhere else outside this place. Their dedication has helped us to have great role models for future.

Dislikes

There were a lot of students who were studying to become priests on campus. Therefore, comparatively, boys were a little more than girls present on campus.
The placement services were considerably low for the course that I have chosen. Plus additional career guidance was also not offered to a great extent. Internships were not mandatory at that time, restricting our practical exposure and experience.
The college did not have mandatory research project development for bachelor students, which is an essential thing for people who are looking for further studies. So from a research point of view, this could be improved by making them a mandate.

I haven't applied to many colleges in Kerala or outside. My parents decided to choose this college considering its reputation as a good college. Compared to other colleges I believe this college is mostly suitable for a study-based environment, suitable for anyone looking for further studies. So as a person looking for studies mainly my choice was this college. For a person who needs placement after a bachelor's I don't think this is a better fit, because the placement opportunities are limited to some selected courses here. The admission process here was fairly easy, based on the marks scored in the school examinations. The eligibility for applying was 60% marks in those.

College campus is so beautiful and nature loving trees all and around . I feel relaxed when I enter our college.it gives positive vibes . management system is so good everything is maintained clean and hygiene that is what I like the most about campu
I love our library it is amazing u can find any books u want for reference they so good collection literally.they provide newspaper both in English and kannada like Deccan herald star of Mysore .Mysore Mitra .and my favourite place in college is this
Faculty members I mean wow .they are so educated experienced and they respond to our doubles without any complaints.and as I am from zoology course the collection of specimens is amazing u can find most of the specimens for observation so knowledgeab

Dislikes

It's about admission centre u have to go through so many procedures and know they have introduced online payment so no cash payment those who don't have money in there account has to tremble like hell before challan system was there which I felt good
In our college they are money minded in everything they will put fine.if your attendance is below seventy five you have to pay two to three thousand as fine . If u have are paying fees late for that also they will put fine to collect our halt ticket
And here comes the most that I hate about this college.collecting hall ticket is a big hectic here we have to fillsome feedback form . And attendance above seventy five college fees fully paid and we have to get that chit from account section is hell

Mine was sudden decision I was thinking of doing mds dental course but last moment I had to change and it was my sister who has studied here suggested me to join this college. And so for it is good nn

All about my College

Likes

The thing i like the most about my college is the greenary , there is more of trees and nature, i really like living in nature so yeah i love that one thing the most
I like people in my surroundings, some are really humble, and friendly
In our college they make us do activities that improve our confidence

Dislikes

There are a few students those dont have propper manners to talk, or do not respect some techers nd im disappointed by that
The students in few courses are very less due to which more activies like industrial trips wont be conducted
There is new rector of our college who has cut many trees and is not conducting any programs, because of which all out teachers and students are also disappointed

Admission:

I applied to this college because it was near by to my house and i also got the subject i wanted to study there, and i loved the locality, of that college, i did try for other colleges but for some colleges didnt offer the subjects inwanted and some were too far from my home which was a no for mys parents. The admission process in my college was quite simple, the eligibility criteria was 12th marks card nd min 50%, there was no requirement of any extra competitive exams

Philomena was a very wide campus neat and clean.
Teachers were very supportive and very friendly.
Paid much attention to co curriculum activities along with studies.

Dislikes

I think there much restriction were there as we are in schools.
Did not paid much contribution to internships .

Admission:

Admission process was easy . Eligibility was 12th pass and had to fill a form including all our personal and educational information applications was getting in the college office and after submitting the form had to take admission in the college

Likes

The ambiance of the College is awesome. It gives a calm environment
The college is covered with trees and it is such a peaceful place to spend time.
The college does not burden us with much works and stuffs.

Dislikes

There are some kind of gender inequality here and there
At times there is nothing much special about the college
The water provided in the college tastes so bad and not a great fan of it

Admission:

There was no kind of entrance examination. The admission process was based on the marks of 12th and 10th grade. The course is interesting . And it has got a good scope in private and government sector. A faculty of the College admisnters an interview which is easy and friendly.

There was no type of entrance examination. Admission was based on the marks of 12th and 10th grade. There was a faculty member who conducted an interview. The interview was student friendly and easy to pass

The campus and the environment that has fresh air and feels like home
The mostly friendly teachers anyone could ask dor
Ease of availabilty. Everyone is ready to help you with eveything

Dislikes

The hostel and the food provided there is quite bad
The staff at the account section is kind of horrible
There are two washrooms but are far from the normal class room blocks

Admission:

The admission process was quite simple. The application forms were available in the front office and filling it we were directed to the office staff where you select your course. After selecting the course you can pay the fee advance and book the seats for the course. I was asked to submit my previous markscards before admission.
