Vishwakarma government engineering college the better government colleges.

Likes

the infrastructure is very unique that i never seen in my life in any college.
the quality of campus life and the social interaction is very good the students are free to go anywhere and free to do anything.
the teachers are very humble and friendly . and they are well qualified .

Dislikes

the classes needs to change the fans and switchboard. and need to increase the hostel rooms.
the teachers are not enough for all students. my EI department is shred with another IC department and most importent we don't have teachers for 5 semester in 4 subjects not a visiting faculty
the campus placements are not good for same branchs and very good for some branches like IT.

Dislikes

Water problems in hostel not clean water for drinking and bathing
no wifi in rooms and no lans also slow network in lib
Library has not all the books which we require

A nice story of a nice college

Likes

All the professor that are in EC branch are very good.
Website of my college is very good and defined for student use
There are many fest like things are occurring every another day.

Dislikes

In many classroom lights and fan are not working and are not in proper condition.
Some places of campus is not very clean.

Internships Opportunities:

The are many companies are come in my college like torrent power, tatav soft, silver touch technology limited and many others. Einfochip is also give internship to many of our students. The internship experience is very good that i Heard from my senior.

VGEC: The Real Student Experience

Likes

I really liked the supportive environment at VGEC. Many faculty members behave friendly and explain concepts clearly, which helps in understanding in core engineering subjects.
I liked the friendly environment among students. The campus life is decent. Participating in events, workshops, and tech fests helps in improving confidence and communication skills.

Dislikes

Some parts of the campus infrastructure, especially laboratories and equipments are quite outdated and need regular upgrades to match current industry standards.
Classroom ventilation and cleanliness could be improved in some blocks.
There is no proper cleaning in hostel, especially in bathrooms and washrooms. Washrooms are very dirty sometimes. Even some doors don't have proper lock. Any solution takes very long time, sometimes over a month.

Lack of practical exposure to students in branch like ce , it and ds

Placement Experience:

The procedure is simple. You should have 7-7.5+ Cgpa In case of CE,ds and it branch:- The companies like simform , 7span , bacancy, tatvasoft ,argusoft come to get students in field of web dev ( most prominently ) , java , .net, c sharp, data engg. , data analysis... The placements are good compared to college if you skilled enough to get placed

Likes

On my first day of college i get appriciated by my senior and that i liked
And the my department cordinator is very helpful for me at my early days

Dislikes

I felt disappointed because i found that there is no sports ground for outdoor sports

Yet i get admission in this year so i am not proper aware about company's internship programme and stipend so i am not able to give detail about it but i ensure that our college provide opportunities for company internship programmme

Likes

There are Saparate blocks from every Branch
There is message facility at affordable cost
VGEC has Great infrastructure and Environment

Dislikes

In Summers classroom feels too hot because there is no Airconditioner for every class
Many time classroom floor has too much dirt because sometime cleanliness is not done every day
For mineral water there is only two points from where you can drink water .

I like the campus and environment of our college
I like faculty of our college most of the professor is iit passout and have best experience also supportive us.
I like fees structure of our college it is very affordable.

Dislikes

Our college doesn't organise any events like annual function
Infrastructure of our college is not very good
In classroom not frequently internet so also network problem is occurring
