there is no such technical festivals celebrated in IMI . but we celebrate many national festovals like NATIONAL MARITIME DAY , INDEPENDENCE DAY , REPUBLIC DAY and many more national festivals are celebrated . Here we also celebrate Sports day anually twice or thrice in the campus . here more cincentration is given on sports and facility provided is also very good. so i would recomend anysports candidate to eroll here .

Senior's are good and friendly no issue of ragging good experience soo far and do not come relaxed you'll have duties of night watch class leader and many more you'll have to adjust to a hectic schedule imi has a beautiful Play ground basket Ball court badminton court indoor games gym ( gym is in both campus 1 and 2 ) but swimming pool is only in campus 1 if you want to swim in your free time you'll have to get permission from hod rest all is good

We celebrate all the festivals and makes good food for celebration.. library was also good and we had access of library till midnight. We had white board and also projector to understand the topic easily. Sport playground was small but we play their cricket football volleyball basket ball and kabaddi Some students make vlogs on YouTube

There is no social life which is not even in this field . The college has a gym a pool a designated place for workshop AC in classes computer lab a football ground and many other stuff a canteen which is open from 12 to 23

Life on the campus is a bit on the tougher side. Books and journals are available, thanks to the big library. In sports, many competitions are held among maritime institutes(students with sports certificates are the ones preferred ).

There is not many annual fests, as the course being conducted here is professional. But mostly every festival is celebrated here. There is a library which contains all the essential books required. Classes are equipped with smart aids. Sports in IMI are volleyball, basketball, badminton, cricket, table tennis, and many more.

The life at campus is much like an army camp. However, students find their own way to have fun. The fests are conducted occasionally and there is a sports fest that is held every year. If you like to read, the library is available on the campus with a lot variety of books. The classrooms are air conditioned. They also have machanics lab, workshop with fully equipped machines. There is a large model of ship in which they teach about the working of the engine in a ship. That model is full of safety measures. We have a swimming pool, a playground, and a playing club too. But there is nothing like movie theatre and all. The campus life is full of fun as well as discipline.

All students are male with exception of 1 or 2 girl students. Parties are not allowed except with special permission. Students from all over India comes in this college. From punjab, Bihar, kerela, jharkhand, Jammu. Workshops are available for your practical knowledge with welding, carpenter, electrical.

Everthig takes place in my college They gave so many chances to enhance our knowledge by technical skills which helps us to get better in my life it also helps to get success.this is how our college is supportive and make every student should to be placed.

Yes the environment is good. Both male and female are allowed to do this course.The workshop and ship in campus is extra ordinary good according to resourses and the equipments that have. This college never discriminate on basis of sex, gender, religion. This college conserves the huge diversities.
