Government engineering college wayand offers nice placements companies such as tata exl, and other companies conduct interviews for taking brilliant and apt students for their respective companies for jobs
They are good in teaching and also giving their best towards the students.
Best hostel you can get in a government college they serve better meals with lesser price of monthly 1800 average.

Dislikes

College placement are low and core comanpys ate comes to the college is very very low
Placements is very low when compared to other collages and it is hard to find a job
The companies are coming here is very low .. in our campus internship is more about 4 th year students

Likes

The teachers have a good experience in teaching
College have different kind of atmosphere and cirounding
college provides a high efficient labs and library.

Dislikes

The campus my have a hostel facility so it will help students
Some teaching methods of teachers are really hard to understand
The connection between students are very less

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this curriculum because I am interested in electrical and electronics. And the curriculum follows the same course for past 10 years. It gives labs and projects which based on real world applications.The teaching method is very easy in the curriculum and is easy to understand.The exam is conducted in every six months.

Review of my college

Likes

I like the total atmosphere of the college and the total climate
I like the people around me, and I enjoy with them
And the teachers are very comfort, and they teach very well

Dislikes

The college is situated on a hilltop, so reaching There is very hard
And the night life here in college is very less and only few peoples are seen here at the night
And the connection making between student are well less, and they are busy in studying

Course Curriculum Overview:

In our curriculum, there are almost 56 papers we have to write, and there are Many labs like machines and electronic slabs, we have to attend, and there will be a project and seminar in the last year So it is a simple curriculum for students

I commanded the institution for his exceptional faculty expertise well maintained infrastructure balanced gender ratio vibrant social life and a curriculum that is both relevant and practical
I have really enjoyed my times here the professors are Top Notch the facilities are great there are good mix of guys and girls and their always something to do outside the class + The Course work is challenging and prepares me well for the future
The quality of education here is outstanding day to the knowledgeable faculty excellent Research and inclusive environment the focus on practical learning and the act is social scene create a well round and enriching

Dislikes

Canteen options are limited and the food quality could be improved. Food is sometimes bad
Some teaching methods good focus more on practical hands on learning rather than excessive Reliance on theoretical approaches. I don't like more books form of learning. I like practical studies
There is only a few shops near college campus. The remote location of the campus makes accessibility and transportation h challenge

Placement Experience:

The placements for EEE branches much lower than as compared to CSC or ECE. Only 2 to 10 students are placed annually within average package of 4 to 5 lpa. But most of the EEE students pursue higher education after the 6th semester or the 7th semester.

Likes

The boys and girls ratio in college is around fifty fifty
College camps life is good all students support eachothers and make a good social life
Placement service is good In this college and get an average salary around 4lpa

Dislikes

Transportation to reach college is very difficult
There are some courses that everyone not know about this course
In winter season the temperature is very low so some students can't resist it

Semester 5 onwards the campus placement Companysvlike wipro, tata are mainly vistede companys in this college. Highest salary is 12lpa and average salary is around 4 laks per Year Around 30% students get placements After geting degree i do my mtech

The faculty expert is excellent they are knowledgeable approachable and provide good guidance for academics and career growth.
Campus infrastructure is satisfactory with well eqquid labs have well stocked library and comfortable classroom.
The social life on campus is engaging with a plenty of club cultural activities and technical festive that encourage in interaction and participation.

Dislikes

The placement services need and handsman with limited companies visiting and fever opportunities for some branches.
The remote location of the campus make accessibility and transportation a challenge.
Canteen of sincere limited and food quality could be improved.

Placement Experience:

Placements are decent in CSE and easy branches with an average package of 3 to 6 LBS around 40 out of 7D students in CSC get placed while sum of the for higher studies after semesters 6 or semester 7.

Faculty expertise is excellent.They are knowledgeable,approachable and provide good guidance
The campus infrastructure is satisfactory..well equipped labs,a well maintained library and comfortable classrooms
The campus has a nature friendly environment surrounded by greenary, which creates a peacefull atmosphere

The placement services need enhancement .with limited companies visting and fewer oppurtunities for some branches
The remote location of the campus makes acessiblity a challenge
canteen options are limited inside the campus...but availablity is decent oustside the campus

Placement Experience:

The placemnt scenes at my college is decent,particularly in cse and ece branches. companies like infosys,tcs and wipro visit with avg pack of around 3-6 LPA.. in ce approximately 40 out of 70 student batch secure placemnts..while others pursue higher studeis..over all placements are strong in specific branches,efforts to improve oppotunities for other branches are ongoing

Likes

The atmosphere was too good. The college is situated apart from the town in a peaceful and nature influenced place with tea plantation surrounded.
The facilities are good. The common facilities like toilet, classroom, etc is very good
Have a vast library and lab faciilty. It gives us more knowledge we can grab books of any of our course subjects

Dislikes

Sometimes I felt like the faculities could be some more supportive.

Placement Experience:

Placements are provided and some of the students are also employed. Due to situation of recession, the students who got employed is much less compared to our seniors. Comparing the present situation my college have provided good placements

Wayanad is well know for its natures beauty which encourages us to study in that place .
The infrastructure also good is much good compared to other colleges
The immense encouragement In the field of sports .

Dislikes

Placements opportunity was very less as not even matches with other colleges .
The inability to reach there as there in no train services.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There was intervention of many experienced teachers later which led to immense change in academic aspects.There were equal amount of theory and practical classes which enabled students to get a vast practical experience.

From 3 rd year we get internships and other activities for getting placement. This college provide better placements. 1200000 is the highest got here in college placements. I think above 8 cgpa gets better placements from this college
