What Is the Seat Confirmation Fee?

| Category | Seat Acceptance Fee |
| General | Rs 2000 |

The fee is refundable to candidates who do not secure any seat in the final allotment. Payment is accepted through net banking, debit card, credit card and UPI. Candidates must retain the payment receipt for reporting.

Who Should Register in Phase 3?
Phase 3 is open to all KEAM 2026 BArch rank-list holders who wish to be considered for the remaining seats. This includes candidates who did not get any allotment in earlier phases. It also includes candidates who want to upgrade from an existing seat.
Candidates already holding an allotment must decide carefully. If a higher preference is allotted in Phase 3, the earlier seat stands cancelled automatically. Candidates who wish to retain the current seat must not rearrange higher options.
