Below is the 3 year course structure for B.A General Examination degree:Nine papers, 3 of which will be Optional subjectsTwo papers dedicated to Language.One paper for Environmental Studies.12 papers are divided into 4 papers each year over the course of 3 years.

Are girls eligible for reservation at Sindri College?

Girl candidates are provided a 3% marks weight age for all the courses at the college. There is no special reservation available for girl candidates.

Can a candidate apply for a B.A Honors course even if they have not studied the concerned subject at intermediate level at Sindri College?

Yes. Candidates can apply for a B.A Honor course at Sindri College even if they have not studied the concerned subject at intermediate level. Provided they have scored a minimum of 50% aggregate at the Intermediate Examination level in Science/ Commerce.*(Mathematics, English and Geography do not fall under this scenario)

Do students performing exceptionally in the field of sports get any preference at Sindri College?

Yes. 3% seats for each undergraduate course is reserved for students performing exceptionally well in sports. This quota will be filled on the recommendation of the Athletic Committee on the basis of State/University level participation of the student.

Are NCC cadets given any preference while applying to Sindri College?

NCC cadets with C certificate are awarded with a weight age of 5% over and above the marks they obtained in qualifying examination. NCC cadets with B certificate are awarded with a weight age of 2% over and above the marks they obtained.

There are six semesters in BSC course which consumes duration of 3 years with each year consisting of 2 semesters. My bad time started with the 4th semester in which I didn't gave an external paper due to some personal reasons but I reappeared for the examination in next year. My fee is 5000rs.

This is the best college sindri

Fees and Financial Aid:

Feasible Government run a college. The cost is minimal for girls there is no admission charge. Sc/St student may qualify for a fee. Exam costs per semester are roughly 700 and the admission fee is around 2000.

Sindri College, Defines Education is Welfare not Business

Fees and Financial Aid:

The fees of every faculty are pocket-friendly like only 13000 to 14000 is whole course fees and no other charges applicable except fines. Most of the students who studied in Sindri college is coming from middle or poor family backgrounds. Sindri college is defined that education as welfare not business. And also provided scholarships for students to appreciate their studies like National Scholarship Scheme and Gramin Kalyan Scholarship Scheme and so on.

The fees of every course are budget-friendly because this is govt. college. But hostel facility is not available very less amount of extra charges are applied by the college. Scholarships are also available for those students who are able to do something in his life but not have money to do.
