- Each year, we all dance together during a festival called blitz, which is pretty enjoyable.
- The college has many scholarships for bright students like the apj abdul kalam scholarship for pol science students.
- Good teaching faculty that helps us to engage in college activities

- It happens sometimes that classes are cancelled and teacher does not give prior information about the cancellation of the classes that waste the time of the students that can be used for studies
- No real time projects in the course- there was very less learning as they had the fixed curriculum which needs to be followed and no real time or interesting projects related to the course
- The faculty member is good but not better than my expected level

- one of the most `compact collges of du yet fully equipped with moern facilities
- our refreshments area ad student activity area are the best and probably the best hangout space as well
- a recreational rooms is started now and has table tennis,chess and other sport facilities
Dislikes
- library is too small as sitting area is just for 50 odd students at a time
Placement Experience:
its not natinalised and international accounting firms like KPMG and others go to HINDU OR SRCC. they take students from our college too . yes the ration is less but still i think 30-40% students are placed through campus with an average salary of 5 lakh or around

- The classes happen regularly and the admin staff is supportive

- Washroom and other amenities are not clean

Students become eligible in the last year for placement.
We have a placement cell for intership as well placement management.
They help the students to be prepared for the interview and the placements.
They give their best efforts.

- Infrastructure is really topnotch even better than some of the north campus colleges.
- Auditorium has a 1000+ capacity with balcony amd is fully air conditioned.
- College has adequate campus area two blocks with seperate admin area canteen and society rooms
Dislikes
- Faculty is somewhat average some teachers are really good but many are not interested on doing thier job.
Placement Experience:
Placemet cell is pro active although most of the roles offered are sales and marketing but there are ample opportunities to network and go out on your own. Internhsip opportunities are provided regularly but most of the intiat8ves are student driven no real support from administration or staff

- The variety of culture students in college
- The fests are amazing, every festival is celebrated

- The infrastructure is not good, no air conditioner even fabs don’t work properly
Course Curriculum Overview:
The syllabus is relevant. It doesn't prepare us for real world, we are only taught the theory part. The syllabus needs to be updated as the requirements for job profiles are changing. The difficulty of exams are moderate and preparatory leaves are given

- The teachers who teach are really experienced
- Air-conditioned canteens and library are available in the college which is a good part

- The infrastructure is not upto the mark and is not what expected from a college
- Sports facilities and extra curricular activities are really less than expected
Placement Experience:
The college has a dedicated placement cell for placement purposes. The average package for b com hons is around 3L-4L per annum. The highest is around 16 L per annum in my knowledge. Various types of companies show at the time of placement such as Paytm, Amazon, etc. There is a minimum of 7.5 cgpa required to sit in the placement for the college

- Societies were active- i myself was the vice president of the corporate society in my college where I get to learn the organizing and management part.
- Interactive Seminars- Various important used to be placed which helps us to decide what to do next in the near future.
- Mentorship from faculty- Faculty there was so supportive
Dislikes
- Less Placement opportunities- no placement opportunities were there, very few companies used to come and that too for intern role for the final year students
- No real time projects in the course- there was very less learning as they had the fixed curriculum which needs to be followed and no real time or interesting projects related to the course
- Administration Centre is messed up- Administration center used to delay the process a lot, we had to visit 3-4 times for such a little thing
Course Curriculum Overview:
As i have already mentioned this that I have never liked the curriculum part as they follow the old approach of the assignments which really has no relevance. Instead of doing that there must be real time projects which could build up the interest among the students and there would be learning as differnet ideas would be presented there.

- Well i liked the campus of my college as it is full of greenery all over
- College societies gives many opportunities for internships and jobs
- Senior professors are very talented and they have lot of knowledge
Dislikes
- Infrastructure should be improved and use of new technologies should be initiated.
- Office work should be done more faster as it waste the time of students as well as college faculties
- Canteen food should be improved and also the ambiance.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I am persuing bcom honours. And truly speaking i am so into my course just because it helps me to tackle the real world problems. This course is designed in such a way that it in the first year we get to learn accounts, law , economics, hrm etc as our core subjects and in the second year we learn cost accounting, company accounts, international business and may more subjects which really helps to understand the day to day life problems.

- administration employees are slow and not very helping in nature
- Decent but not very good crowd in the college
- Sports facilities need improvement to make students indulge in outdoor games
Placement Experience:
Students from their final year become eligible for campus placements. Heighest placement of the college was 28 lakh per annum
Companies like vipro comes to college for offering placements to students from various departments

- I liked the behaviour of lectures and staff
- The college is anti ragging and gym specially with trainer.
- Library there are a lot of new books provided.
Dislikes
- There are nothing to dislike but out of college there so traffic.
- Behaviour of few staff and seniors. That's it
- Hassle in form filling or choosing tha subject.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I would like to rate 10 for the course curriculum. Suitable for all students. There are some aspects there are need for improvement but overall staff and teachers are very good. Continue assignment and everything test are take by teacher time to time.

I chose BCom hons. cause I am from a commerce background and my future goal is related to commerce so for me it is a good course. The faculty of the commerce Department is good and helpful, all the teachers are very professional and ready to solve problems.

Satyawati was a part of the Delhi University campus before it was relocated to Ashok Vihar.
When you are admitted to one of the DU colleges, you place a high value on education. There are many amenities in college that other colleges do not have, one of which is the Largest Auditorium at DU.
It's a good college with friendly students. The seniors are helpful. There are numerous co-curricular societies to which one can belong. Ragging is prohibited at the college because of the anti-ragging policy. Except for a few, the teachers have extensive experience and training. The building's infrastructure is adequate, and the classrooms are also spacious. There is a fantastic library as well. The canteen is excellent. The ground is in good condition and is well-maintained.
