My seniors were also in this college,so I was already aware about the importance of this college nd the competitive level of the college held. With the academic teachers use to study about the competitive exams as well as the morals nd ethics to build a good character among the students. Some more smart boards should have been introduced nd parking area should be provided much more in size . Exams used to held after 4-5 months nd maintained a good balance between exams nd studies.

So in my class I didn't feel like I am in college because teachers were strict for homework and other rules also. So this is a myth that in college you don't need to study and teacher also don't focus on student. To pass exam you need to study because the pattern is changed from schools.

My favorite subject is accounting so I decided to take B.Com in college. For admission, you have to score good marks in 12th. The staff of the college is very good and cooperative. Our course is divided into six semesters and exams have done according to that.

I choose this course because I am looking for a computer software course in which I can gain practical knowledge and in this course, there are 70% practical work and 30% theory work. There are semester-wise exams and you can easily pass if you study around the semester. There are reservations for eligible students, if you are eligible for the reservation you also take benefits.

Applied Physics was available only in two colleges in overall Haryana.The nearest option available was 55km away....Thus I had to choose this option. hence I chose S.D college ambala cantt.

Positive remarks are that our college is very good and has lots of facilities. Even if any student has any difficulty he/she can report it through online erp login(each student is provided with their unique official accounts). From which their queries are send to principal directly without knowing sender details.And also through erp login a student can check their daily attendance and internal assessment online which is not provided by any other college in our city.

I went to get admission in BCA and while taking admission, I was introduced to IT head of department who encouraged me to go for B.sc (I.T.) for even better career opportunities. I took admission in 2009 and the admission process starts in the month of May and at that time, there was no entrance in place to take admission and it was basis on the scores in 12th Standard. Our's batch was the first batch for B.sc I.T.
