Hostel Facilities:

The hostels are govt. run where we have to pay very less only compared to other colleges in chennai. The caution deposit is 10000 till you complete the degree. And that will returned to you back. Hostel fees will be around 7000 per year. Food will be charge separately per month for both boys and girls. There are alot of rented facitlites outside the college

Hostel infrastructure is good but food they're providing is bad some times it's not properly cooked admission to the hostel is the hectic process more than college admissions, generally PG students will get single sharing or 4 sharing rooms that's their wish and also there're many paying guest available near college may cost around 3 k per month without food

Presidency college has 2 hostels each for both genders and students who belong to Outstations can apply for the facility. If students want to reside in PG they can easily find one near the college campus. Most of the local students prefer to do their studies in a Day scholar mode and Even I was among those students. The overall facility with this college has been great and I feel really special that I've done my B.Sc from this college.

Honest review of Presidency College Chennai

The room is decent with three or four sharing, they provide can water and food is proper south Indian, sometimes good sometimes decent. But you get a good experience in a hostel. As it is very affordable and neat. Washrooms are common in the floor and the mess bill is around 2.5k per month.

Best Top three college & very old college (180 years)

Government applied college hostel stay the student first join amount 21, 000 thousand rupees only refund amount 14, 000 thousands rupees, Monthly food mess bile 2500 rupess. Accommodation fees monthly 600 rupees.

Our College is pretty Good initially it was awesome because Students were enjoyed the campus with nature associated views and we have two sorts of canteen one is purely for dairy products and We have more than 20 cops in our campus for the Students.

Campus Life:

1) We have Department Program every month regarding the literary festival and some time inter College Competition for Students Upliftment 2) In our English department Library we have more than 5000 Books related to Background, Myth, Evolution, Language acquisition development Books along with our Professor's collection 3)In our Department We have Smart Class room for demo classes and Skill training program 4) Our Presidency College has All the Sports with the Departmenta Sports Team for each Game. 5) Yes Some people involved in the Society Response Activists Groups.

Not a bad college for geology

Nice campus , flexible timing , you will have lot of leisure hours and you can make up lot of things ,a good new canteen was built 2 months back and there will be only one event in college by nss that too isnt that much fun and department will conduct freshers and farewell only if we request to hod

You have to take the hostel form from your department and fill in the details. The cost of a hostel is around INR 30,000-35,000. Submit the fee and your allocation will be done after verification.
