P.D. Women's College is general degree women's college in Jalpaiguri, West Bengal. It offers undergraduate courses in arts and science. To get admission, the student must have 10+2 or equivalent from any recognized Indian Board. Then they will have to apply for the admission and follow the process of admission.
The course structure is very good and college is very nice and I got admission in this college very easily but there are limited seats so you have to take admission little earlier so that you can confirm your seat but you should confirm your admission that you are taking in this college or in the other college
I got admission in this college based on merit list. I applied for this college through online application form which is available at college's official admission website after which based on my intermediate marks I was shortlisted in the merit list, then I got my certificates verified and payed the fees. The process is same for other courses too.
For Botany, there is no entrance exam. Admission is based on marks obtained in BSc. My love for subject and the PDWC being one of the best science college was the reason I opted here. Everything around is perfect.
I applied for this college via their website online.Rs.100 is to be paid in only Allahabad bank after downloading the three fold challan from college website and filling the application form.Rs.20 is charged by bank as commission.As i opted for hostel so i had to pay a additional charge of Rs.30
I applied by registering in the college website www.pdwomenscollege.org. with personal details and after registering i had to fill the online application form from admission.pdwomenscollege.org , the payment option they avail is bank payment, i had to download the three fold challan from college's website and just after filling the application form i made the payment in bank.
As I got 78% in my exams, my name was there in the merit list which was followed by counselling. The merit list for General courses is determined on the basis of aggregate marks obtained in the best of four subjects, including English and excluding environmental science.
