Motilal Nehru Evening College Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I opted for bcom prog because I wanted to pursue my master's degree and a BCom degree will benefit me in my PG as I passed 12 with a commerce stream so I opted for bcom prog. faculty is good especially commerce faculty is good all teachers are kind enough. the difficulty level of exams is moderate.

In the commerce field, there aren't lots of courses to choose from. Many commerce students go for BBA but I choose B.Com hons. The first semester wasn't that hard if you have studied, you can pass any exam. The faculties are so helpful.

Students are eligible from the 4th semester for campus placement Flipkart, amazon, etc. companies hired so many students every year the highest package from our college is 8 lakh and the average package is 400000 after my degree I will planning to MBA.

Keen interest in the commerce subjects since the inception because of family business hence opted for Bcom prog. Let's not even talk about the faculty-student ratio as it is the most uneven thing I have witnessed in the college. Imagine the surprise when you enter the class and there is no seat to sit and no not because the classroom isn't big enough but because students are cramped in way too much. It was difficult to breathe in such an environment when everybody used to be present. Next, if we talk about the qualification of the faculty then I think the teachers were all the way from mediocer to exceptional and so was their teaching method. Some of the teachers like Nishant Sir, Renu Mam, etc., were humble and polite yet disciplined the students aptly also I liked their teaching pattern as they cleared the concepts before moving ahead and made us practice as many questions as possible. Term exams were good to pass if one had studied well not that tough but man sometimes they were nasty

I have chosen the BCom program it is a very good course there is a good student ratio in my class they are 50 students there is one more Bcom section there are 100 students and a total of 150 students are there. the qualification of the teacher are very good they teach very brilliantly and I understand the concept is also good and the teacher's teaching is also good the exam paper is average you can easily pass and there is not much difficult question it all is simple.

I had to go banking so I chose B.COM and a total of 150 students in our class include both sessions. All the Faculty members have taught very well. The exam is neither easy nor difficult. The exam is very medium and very complex. You know about the Du exams.

The Motilal Nehru College placement cell was established to help students identify their career goals and provide an edge into the present day competitive job market. The scope of work of the cell extends from organizing resume workshops to providing internships to students in various organizations during summer breaks and preparing students for the final placements. Reputed companies such as Fluor India Limited, Ernst & Young, KPMG, Cians Analytics, AON Hewitt, Capital IQ, Grail Research, among others, have visited the college for recruitment in the previous years.

Placement facilities are available in this college but very less companies visit. Eligibility for the placement after completion of the course or if you are last year's student you should eligible for the placement . I will join an MNC after completion of my course.

Till date, there have been no campus placements as such. Still, companies are expected to come from this year itself. Students can also register themselves in the Central Placement Cell. It helps them to get employment. provided your CGPA stands above 6.5 cgpa.

Good metro connectivity. Well known college of Delhi University. I'm pursuing CA along with graduation so that's why i preferred evening college. 12th class marks were also a reason. I live in Munirka these days so my college is near from my flat too.
