University college of Engineering, Anna University - (UCEV), Villupuram

Likes

The teaching method and understanding of the teachers is really good .
The environment is also good and regularly maintained by the college authorities.
The rules were strictly followed so no one go out or come in to the college without permission.

Dislikes

Some of the equipments in laboratory is not in working condition.

Placement Experience:

The campus interview conducted by the college is very less. I wish they would increase the campus interview and job percentage. The students should have zero arrears in their semesters for the eligibility of placement.

Likes

The teaching method is really good and clear to understand.So that we can easily pass in exam.
The rules are properly followed by the college. so that there is no ragging and crime is happened in the college.
The environment is good to see and it was regularly maintained by the college authorities.

Dislikes

The hostel facilities is not that much good as compared to fees we give for that.
The bathroom is not in good condition.Sometimes there is a bad smell comes into the classroom.
Some of the equipments and machine in the college laboratory is not in working condition.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placement during their 7th semester. They should have zero arrears in their semester exams. But the percentage of students getting placement is low in the college. So I wish they would provide more placement opportunities for the students.

The experience of college

Likes

I like the faculty they are good in teaching
I like the college infrastructure it is very good

Dislikes

I don't like the college soil it was so mud in rainy season
The college play ground was so small so no more students to play

Course Curriculum Overview:

The faculty are very good and they teach very well All faculty are like a friend they are very good to students I really appreciate the faculty for their teaching and character and their relationship. And more lab staff are a very knowledgeable person

Friendly staffs and Friendly facilities and also very strict in subjects
Induction program and events are doing well

Dislikes

Our EG staff are very strict

Placement Experience:

Students must clear all arrears before they attend the campus interview. some companies need they want only first-class students and some other companies need a minimum quantity is 2 areas. More than 150 companies are visiting our college

Remarks:

College management should increase employment rate of students by providing more campus interviews to final year students.More test should be conducted before semester exam.

Remarks:

Positive is good staffs,teaching is excellent,college infrastructure is super and college life and friends are two awesome and enjoyable in that location. Negative is there is less placement service in my college.

A Decent Government College.

Entrance Preview:

I didn't took any entrance exam to get in this college.i joined through TNEA 2013 if i got a chance by IIT JEE exam, definitely i would have not taken this college. Its my bad time i took this college i prefer city side colleges, but if you are not in that situation and you are about to study in a anna university constituent college,then this will be a fair choice.

Remarks:

The good ones are fees which is very less and lab facility is the major advantage in my college and the worst one is placement and library no companies are not come for placement and library staff are very rude.
