Vibrant Campus life but not the best at academics

Likes

The freedom which we get in this college
The overall liberal atmosphere in the campus
The outgoing and chill yet studious and disciplined students

Dislikes

The lack of projector facility in every classroom
The lack of proper lab facilities in electronics department
Lack of proper classes at the start and then rushing to complete syllabus towards the end of the semester

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for placement from sixth sem onwards . We have a separate plcement cell dedicated to train students to crack placement . Many companies have visited our campus fo placements the most notable being TCS,Infosis etc . I also am currently planning to get a job after the course.

The things I like about the collage is my friend
the Kerala University campus which is amazing
The program's conducted by campus union is nice

Dislikes

The food we get in private hostel are very bad
The availability of labs we don't have chemistry lab
The availability of students in non computerscience branches

Placement Experience:

From third semester the students are eligible for campus placement.I have heard that the campus provides placement programs the main company is Infosys from technopark trivandrum.i don't know the accurate percentage of students getting placed

The essence of UCEK

Likes

GROUND- A spacious ground is there at the centre of the campus which is very nice.

Placement Experience:

The third semester is at which placements from the best companies approach and give the aptitude tests, by the end of the final year each and every student will get placed in very prominent companies. Wipro, Infosys, ECS Fin, TCS, UST, etc. reached last time for placement. Best placement training is provided by the college for the students.

College is near technopark so we assumed good placement. But placement is just ok. Good campus vibes. The admission process is through KEAM entrance exam. It is the students who take initiative to make college active.

University engineering college and its advantages

Remarks:

The college is a good one but the university isnt taking care since it is the only college for btech in kerala university and all the other college has been convertedto ktu university and syllabus has beb changed if the universty provides us with the care required then there will be a hand full of productive engineering in the coming future
