About my campus life

Likes

The campus is very special here and it will give you a special memory
There will be a lot of program from different department
Very good faculties and very friendly atmosphere

Dislikes

Exams are later compared to ktu college. I
Placement is also very low in last year data
Full freedom there is no one to control us

Admission:

I applied to get college of engineering alappuzha but i hot this college. As for placement is very low. I rejected from other college bcoz of keam ranking. It was 20 k to get other good ihrd vollege u shoild have good rank in keam

Likes

The location of the college is on the heart place of Trivandrum also very near to Techno park, TCS. Amidst of the University of Kerala campus provides a peaceful college life for every students.
College clubs which runs in a entertaining way by conducting different events for career development.
Friendly teaching staffs for making concepts clear also very amiable to students.

Dislikes

No hostel facilities for Btech students which affects students from long distant students to stay at private hostels or pg
Building of engineering college is not much big.
Placement opportunities are there but many students who passout in a year are not getting equal opportunities only some are getting good placements

Admission:

I have taken this college as this college is situated on the heart of trivandrum. Also the fees is not much high compared to self financing colleges. The beauty of the entire university of kerala campus is such a vibrancy provides a positive attitude on ourself. Admission process is done through KEAM exams, one should qualify on the KEAM exam if not you have not qualified you can go to NRI quota.

Likes

Very good teaching faculty, very much helpful and supportive
Very good atmosphere in and around the college
Very much effective clubs and communities, all sorts of fest and events are there.

Dislikes

There are only three trades in the college cs, ec and it
Lab and toilet facilities are not that good but it is okay
Semester exam and results are bit delayed till our senior batch but it is now being on time from our batch onwards

Admission:

I had applied to this college as it is under Kerala University and it is inside their campus. Moreover I had received so much about this college from some of the alumini's of this college whom I know, working in very good positions. The admission to this college is through the KEAM entrance exam conducted by Kerala government. There are also some NRI quota available.

Likes

Labs were so interactive. It helped me learn very effectively
The sports and fest cultural events were greatly conducted by the union
The teachings were just above average for me but im sure they are better now.

Dislikes

Some teaching staffs were not good. They really get on the nerves.
The pta was not that helpful in conducting the fests and events with the students and union.

Admission:

I chose it because of the subject in the title Computer Science. I like to code and develop the skills. But this course dont apply those only the ancient hsitof the subject more in the syllabus. I didnt get rejected i just chose this. There are merit, management and nri seats for admission.

Well disciplined and talented teachers and a variety of student clubs to encourage students to focus on entrepreneurship
Playground and other modern sports equipments provide exceptional facilities for sports activities
A large and beautiful college of 450 acres is the main highlight which helps in the bonding of students

Dislikes

Delay in exams and results is the main problem
No good lab facilities for computer students

Admission:

Kerala entrance admission exam was the selection process and it is based on the entrance exam mark and your plus two mark the admission was smooth with was done thtough keam portal and went as planned

Likes

The faculty members are very talented and respectful and they provide good teaching facilities
The programmes, carnivals and fests which are conducted here are out of this world. Very vibrant and wonderful experiences acquired here
Many technical clubs and art clubs function here smoothly. The members of the club dedicate their time and effort for the success of the clubs

Dislikes

The exams are not conducted in the right time in this university. The exams are always lagged and this causes many troubles for the students as well as the faculty
The syllabus is quite old and not up to date. It's high time for an upgrade for the syllabus
As it is a government controlled college, the infrastructure is quite old and of poor quality. The buildings and equipments definitely need a replacement

Admission:

The admission into this college was on the basis of KEAM entrance exam conducted in Kerala. The score acquired in the entrance exam and plus two marks are considered in forming the ranklist for admission. The application form and details for the application fee and college fee are provided in cee Kerala website. Reservation categories recieve concession in their fees. The ranklists are also formed after taking reservation categories into consideration. The entrance exams are conducted in a fitful manner by following the rules and regulations strictly. The exam difficulty level is manageable for a student who works hard for their studies. The time duration taken for the annoucement of the results of the exams are quite long and would be better if it takes lesser time.

In college has provide free Wi-fi for both staffs and student
Staffs and teacher very friendly in college

In my college no hostel facility for students

12 pass basic eligibility for apply the course, but KEAM exam is the selection exam for the course,the application form and dates are always available in KEAM official site and also get in online the application fees is basic amount is consider, in the KEAM exam alway consider reservation benefits in available . in my suggestion to prepare the exam for in your basic class studies.

Likes

Clean environment around the college gives us a vibrant feel for studies. .
Teaching and non-teaching staffs in college are excellent and hard working for the well-being of students
Well equipped computer lab and other stream labs.

Dislikes

Almost every classes are fully packed with students.
There is no well maintained playground for playing.

Admission:

Applying for engineering can be done by students who passed higher secondary school with maths and physics as their main subjects. Application form for applying can be found on the website of the college or through KEAM, an entrance examination conducted in Kerala. Examination happen once In every 6 months and will get about 3-4 days interval. Admission process requires more physical presence and if it can be done through online processes then it would be more efficient.

After entering the college I was very happy to be a part in it
Frends wear very supportive and helping me to study
Faculty were very unique and special talented

Dislikes

Class timing were very not good and timing was not good
Senior student are not supportive to us
Inside campus no one share there bike with us

Admission:

After 12th i applied for keam entrance and got admission after that waited for half month surprisely got admission in my next college hopefully it is a nice college keam entrance fees was 700 rs after that got admission

Its dynamic and nurturing vivid enivornment
The cheerfull faculty and ambitious students
The freedom we get and easy access for any academic requirements

Dislikes

The University ,the academic things are so lag and slow
Exams are not conducting properly compare to KTU
Unavailability of Hostel for the college students

Admission:

The admission process was through a entrance exam called KEAM. It stands for Kerala Engineering , Architecture and Medical entrance.It is a state level entrance exam conducted by Commisioner of entrance exam CEE.The exam is mainly MCQ.It is primarily for admission to the various courses.And also our plus two marks is also considered for this examination.And the admission is based onthe rank we got ,and also our reservation .The exam is moderate and there exist 180 questions .Total mark is 720 .I find this the most efficient way for admission
