The college campus is very good and huge.The events held in college are very great
There are 2 canteens and a cafe which offer great food
MANGALAM is our cultural event conducted every year

I chose this college cause it was closer to station So i can save any extra cost It is 2km from college and the college offers a free bus ride everyday The campus is very huge and good The faculties are great The canteen food is nice

READ BEFORE YOU TAKE ADMISSION IN MGM CET NAVI MUMBAI. An Honest Opinion on MGM CET Navi Mumbai.

Likes

The campus is good and clean. Surroundings are calm. It feels good to have trees all around the campus, Air feels fresh
College provides bus service from college to the Railway station and vice versa.
The teaching faculty is very friendly with the students. No one has yet insulted any student in our batch.

Dislikes

College buiding is well constructed and designed till the 2nd floor, remaining 3floors look very old and unclean
Some department rooms are very old and needs renovation as soon as possible
Washrooms are not clean on the third and fourth floor

Admission:

Compared to the other colleges, MGM CET is well maintained and has premises spreaded over a good amount of land area. Campus is cleaned everyday througout the day. Cleaning vehicles are provided to the cleaning staff, reducing the physical labour on them, which is a really good initiative. I didnt get rejection from other colleges, i chose MGM due to the travelling comfort i get as the college is near my house compared to other colleges. Admission process takes only 2-3hours, All the documents are collected in the center, fees payment is conducted and then ID card generation process starts. The students get their IDs on the admission time itself, so there is no complications during admission.

The structure of the collage is good and decorated
The lab of the clg is good and all equipment are in ready position

The clg half side is under construction and soil present in the bench
The clg water filter are present on the only 2 to 3 are present

MGM (KAMOTHE) - THE REAL STORY

Likes

The faculty for all the subjects including basic electrical engineering, engineering mechanics, applied chemistry ,applied physics, applied mathematics.
The teachers provide students with all the necessary information they need to know about their course
There is a lot to do other than just your course , you can participate in sports programs which are organised by college itself

Dislikes

There are only 2 lifts and 5 floors which makes it hard for students to get to their next class on time
There there is very little space in canteen for you to sit down and eat
The canteen itself is 10 mins away , and the break is only for half an hour

Admission:

Mainly I took admission in this college because of its increasing placement rates and it took me a lot to get in than expected , other colleges I checked had less to none placements and actual companies visiting the campus for placement

The teaching staff is better than expected.
Various companies are tied under the placement service so students have great opportunity for their future.
Campus, Canteen and Play ground are great.

Dislikes

The infrastructure of Engineering college is not quite well, should be maintained properly. There are only Two lifts in the college and one of them is out of service for more than half a year.
Students can face problems regarding their attendance, parents are called for minor things.

Admission:

I chose this college because I got it on my first list of CAP round, my family was too furious about the admission so I went to college and saw the campus and completed the admission. I've never applied to any other college so I've no idea about other colleges

The campus of the college is very big and greatly maintained. It has nice infrastructure of buildings and floors for the students
The classes are well equipped with all things and the faculty here is very cooperative and well trained
The staff is excellent and cooperative. They help in every situation in college.

Dislikes

It lacks in organising and scheduling as it has many delyas of admission procedure and scholarship applications

Admission:

Students need to be HSC educated or have completed their diploma from govt certified Colleges or educational institutions. The students can take admission based on their CET and JEE scores in the competitive exams

Likes

The Teaching staff was very experienced and helpful and has a wide field knowledge.
College campus was very good, a good healthy environment helps to evolve more.
Good laboratories and computer labs with helpful incharges.

Dislikes

Not Focussing on Practical with more practical demonstration.
Not encouraging for internal college competitions and technical competitions.
Not enough campus placements for the final year and not any apprenticeship for freshers

Admission:

12th or Diploma from recognized university University of Mumbai As per reservation they have their benefits, 100% fee exemption. The exam timings are slightly to late, in my opinions exam can be taken before festivals and summer. The exam difficulty was hard, but if you stick to basics of subjects there is no subject that can trouble you. In my opinion 12th marks or diploma percentage should not be the only criteria for the selection process. there must be definite syllabus and as per that skill test must be taken, and result of that skill test should be combine with percentages for selection process.
