Placements are not that good as u should study by your own and get a job from 4 sem students are eligible for campus placements highest placement was 45 lakhs in Japan and average is 4-5 lakhs per annum. I think Many students won't get placement in this college. I'm planning for good job in any company or thinking to be an content creater

ULTIMATE GUIDE OF JIT

Internship chances are pretty low the fests could have been hosted at a bigger scale
The campus placements are not so promising and few faculty teachers are not so experienced the teaching is average

Honestly the placement picture is looking pretty bad and I have hopes it will get better the placements for the year 23 was very good and few students made it to other countries but the last year placement was looking very bad and it did kill my hopes of campus placements

My college experience

The placement cell is pretty professional and is handled by a qualified personnel who's enthusiastic and very much interested in students getting placed good and have employability by the end of their curriculum the avg package in our college is around 4 to 6 lpa and there were cases where students went to Japan with their jlpt exam score with N3 level of Japanese speaking and one of the senior was placed in USA with 44k dollars and there were others who got 10lpa but very few, the placement cell conducts weekly tests and one benchmark test in 5th sem to find eligible students for placement is is based on technical, aptitude and other factors such as communication and skills upon which they are pushed further to take up interviews, tests and other testing grounds in companies that arrive to employ the students they even conduct training to improve student's communication, aptitude, and technical strength so they are industry ready this year placement training begin even for 3rd sem students for the first time in JIT this was pioneered,

Students become eligible from 6th-8th for campus placements depending on their skillset . Infosys , TCS , etc I am civil student so I am less aware of the CSE companies. Last year highest package was 8LPa and average was 4LPa. 60-70% of the students got placed . My plans is to setup my own business .

A nice and affordable college

We have an average placement of 3.5 lpa, it's not that great and we need to search for other placement offers outside also. The college placements have a lot of competition and less package and so it's better to get placed through outside

The highest on-campus placements were 8LPA but they connect students to foreign companies like that of Japan whose last year's package was 21LPA. Placement is good for cse branch. and cant better for other branches like ec is no the highest package is 5 lakh and for mechanical and civil there is no placement and this is the tier 3 college placement is okay.
