Chameli Devi School of Engineering (CDSE) is an integral part of Chameli Devi Group of Institutions Indore. The College was formerly known as Chameli Devi Institute of Technology and Management is established in 2006. The CDSE is a private institution affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Technical University, Bhopal. The College is approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) New Delhi.

Chameli Devi School of Engineering (CDSE) offers B. Tech program with different streams i.e. Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering having 180 seats, Civil Engineering with 120 seats and Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication and IT Engineering having 60 seats of intake each. All streams having 4 year duration and 3 years for Lateral Entry course.

The basic eligibility criteria for the admission in B. Tech requires that the candidates have passed 10+2 with minimum 45 % marks for general and 40% marks for reserved category students. PCM is the mandatory subject required for the admission.
The mode of admission in B. Tech/ B. E courses in the College is purely merit based
Candidates have to clear the Madhya Pradesh Engineering Admissions (MP BEA).
The candidates go for web counselling and then college is allotted to the candidates.
The Meritorious students have awarded scholarships by national and state government.

Chameli Devi School of Engineering (CDSE) B. Tech Admission 2024

The College offers B. Tech in different streams and the mode of admission in it is counselling based. The minimum eligibility to apply for the examination is that the candidate must have passed 10+2 with minimum 45% marks for general and 40% marks for reserved category.

The mandatory subjects in 10+2 are Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The candidates have to go for web based counselling process through which the college is allotted to the applicant.

The Madhya Pradesh Engineering Admissions (MP BEA) is a state level counselling process conducted by Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board Bhopal. Through this candidates are allowed to get admission in various UG courses in different colleges. The age limit of the candidates for this is 24 years.

Chameli Devi School of Engineering (CDSE) B. Tech Application Process 2024

The candidates have to apply for MP BEA and JEE Mains for admission in B. Tech.
For MP BEA the candidates first have to qualify JEE Main and then through its roll number they have to register themselves for the counselling process.
For application process of different exams candidates have to first register themselves on the official website.
After registration candidate have to pay application fee via online mode and then they have to fill the form and submit it on their id.
The documents required for the application are all the certificates of qualification and all the mark sheets, the category certificates, valid address proof, transfer certificate, college leaving certificate, Bonafide certificate from class 6^th to 12^th and 8 passport sized photographs.
The commencement of application is started in February and ends in June every year.
After application, the admit card is distributed through online mode and exam is done and after announcement of result college is allotted by counselling process.

I got selected in chamelidevi college on the basis of marks secured in PET exam. However their was no interview just I have to attend online counselling on the basis of which as per my rank I got this college with branch as electrical and electronics branch. However this branch is no more available in this college now.
