Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or allied field from a recognised university with a minimum aggregate of 55 percent (50 percent for SC/ST/OBC/PwD as per UGC norms). A valid UGC-NET/JRF or GATE score is preferred; VTURPAT qualification is also accepted.

Both full-time and part-time modes are available. Part-time candidates must be employed in an educational institution or industry and submit an NOC from their employer. Admission is subject to seat availability and supervisor allocation at AIET’s VTU-recognised research centre.
