Sydenham College does not have its own dedicated hostel facilities, but there are government-affiliated hostels in close proximity. For male students, the Government Colleges Hostel is situated behind the college on C-Road, Churchgate, accommodating 130 students annually. For female students, accommodation is available at Telang Memorial Hostel on C-Road and Savitribai Phule Government Girls Hostel on Marine Drive, Charni Road, though spaces are limited.
