Fees and Financial Aid:

I was a leet student so in 3rd semester I had to pay 47500 and after 3rd semester I had to pay 45500 for the rest of the semesters, registration fees was 11000 and other than that it would cost around 2000 for documents verification and university related things. My batchmate who were regular students they had to pay 45500 only for each semesterm

Most hated thing is that they forces to pay the next semester fees 2-3 months before the semester starts

The year wise fees till now I have paid is 135000 and also one of my classmate has paid just 40000 because of admission through counsiling of ikgptu. I have also got admission through counsiling but I didn't knew the criteria for fees and college also didn't informed me, so now I have to pay high fees.

the early phase is worth one point three lakhs and the monthly order semester full phase would go around sixty six thousand which will not every single expenses and the transportation would build quite different and about the cost shape it's been provided to the students so have low family income but they should have a certificate that that proof they are claim their claim

I have paid 67000 approx per semester my academic fee and other 5000 exam or university fee which may change year wise . I have residing in hostel and paid 55000 per semester for hostel in which mess is included with other services. I have no such knowledge of batchmate for others category but their is wide variety of scholarship provided for minor and backward class.

This college don't provide any scholarship program within them . They select students on basis of their class 12 board exam. If you are from Punjab then you can apply through IKGPTU councelling which will reduce the fees and 1 year fees is only 40000 approx

Fees and Financial Aid:

The current fee of the college is yearly is 1lakh28 thousand that is the tution fees in our college in the current year. But for the batch of 2024-2028 it was revised by the 1 lakh 40 thousand. There are also so many scholarship given by the home domaince students. And the some scholarship also come to college for fee waiver students also it come under NSP.

We paid approx 1 lakh 35 thousand per year as tution fee. 10000 extra charges for activities. 2000 Registration fee. This college offers scholarship for those student which belongs to punjab and have low family income. For availing scholarship you have to gave a test(easy level). The annual fee after scholarship is totally 40000.

Strength is rapidly increasing as new courses are introduced which increases competition during placements

Fees and Financial Aid:

My fees that is for the batch 2022 the btech cse fees was Rs 100000 per year that is to be provided by you in two shifts(per semester) but during the batch of 2023 it increased to Rs 130000 per year and during the batch of 2024 it is said that the fees was approximately to Rs 140000 per year

Can I withdraw my fees in CGC Landran after 1 month of joining?

Yes, you can withdraw your fees after one month of joining but there are a few terms and conditions. A friend of mine did withdraw his fees and noticed that the terms are slightly different as per offline and online transactions-

In case of Offline Fee Payment -

You will be provided with a full fee after the authorities have deducted Rs. 1000 as processing fee. It will be implied only if you withdraw your fee after admissions.
You will not get a refund if you wish to withdraw after the classes have begun.
You will receive a refund of your hostel fees after a month from the month of withdrawal. If you leave the hostel without completing the year then security deposit will not be refunded.
A friend of mine made the request to withdraw his fee and his refund was made on his prescribed application form by the admission/registrar office. Along with the fee refund application, you will also be required to submit the ID card, Original Fee Receipt & Due Clearance Certificate.
Refunds will then be processed by the Finance Office of the University after they receive approval from the Director and will be returned to you by cross cheque in your name after 90 days from the date of receipt.
All disputes about this issue shall fall within the jurisdiction of Mohali, Punjab for CGC, Landran. You can consider the registrar of the concerning institute to be the legal person for all such matters.

If any technical issue is found in online fee payment -

The office can be contacted if following situations occur:

during the online payment through credit/debit card, your payment gets debited and the internet goes down due to some external server malfunction or any other similar happening.
your system is not able to generate the required acknowledgement given to weak internet connection.
the payment gets deducted from your account and does not reach the institute’s account or if your payment gets debited twice due to internet issues.

Here is an overview of the amount that can be refunded if your conditions apply:

Total Fee	47,000
Processing fees to be deducted	1000
Total amount to be refunded	46,000
Hostel fees (4 seater)	85,000
Hostel fees to be refunded	30 days from previous refund
Total number of days for final refund	90 days from the date in the receipt

The college states that they shall not be responsible in any case until the course fee paid by a student is credited to the Bank Account of the College. If credited, the refund policy will be applied as per the College’s guidelines.
